I ordered an iPad and order was…
I ordered an iPad and order was confirmed and they asked me to pay 10% in advance and 90% at delivery, today I was at office and they called my wife and told her that iPad is out of stocks and we will replace with Samsung Tab which was out of my budget, when I returned home and initiated a chat, one of their staff who claims to be customer complaint handling team, they spoke to me in a rude way and instead of listening to my complaint was forcing me to take the Samsung Tablet which is out of my budget. This is a group of frauds. Please never place order from them.
I am going to lodge a complaint in Consumer court and cyber crime. It's not about money but about trust, they cannot fool innocent people around.
Even 1 star is too much for them, hopeless fraud company. 😡😡😡
