Flocknote staff Lauren was so professional and exceptional. I sent a request by email on how to do something. She not only sent me the directions on how to do the requested item, but even did the work for me in the backend. What a wonderful helper, something I've never experienced before. Flocknotes has been a huge asset to our church. It allows me to send messages to the majority of the church in a timely manner.

Flocknote is ideal for any Parish that takes organisation and purposeful action seriously.

I really like how it is dedicated just for Church life and (depending on how you set it up) may allow parishioners to see the different parts of your Church’s body in action.

I use Flocknote to organise our Ministers of the Word and Eucharistic Ministers it is so much more effective and smart looking than just pumping out emails from private emails to multi recipients.

It could improve by being more user friendly for those less tech savvy - I have no problems with it but o know others less familiar with this sort of thing do struggle to interact with the site, despite it having extensive help and how to videos available.

It would also be excellent to have text available in Australia (as in US) that would be an immense help to grow our community !

I would dearly like more leaders in my Parish to embrace Flocknote however I’ve had to endure some unwarranted resistance to introducing ‘a new way of engaging’ our people, But it is so good I will keep trying 🙏🏻

I feel that parishioners take flocknote notifications more serious for example: I have noticed there’s more attendance when they are invited to church events or mettings. I love using flocknote it’s very simple to use.

Flocknote anticipates! Flocknote intuits. Flocknote strengthens...my communications. When I begin creating a Flocknote, I often have in mind some design or set up that I'd like to be able to create. And before I know it, Flocknote intervenes and my plan has been fulfilled. For example, I wanted to sign up volunteers for a clean and decorate the church project. The sign up was there for me. It was intuitive and easy to navigate and made the whole process less stressful for me. Another thing I wanted to do was to add folks to other groups. Again, the process was quick, simple and reliable and accomplished in very little time. In addition to the ease of use, I can make my notes colorful and visually attractive as well as include graphics, links and videos. Flocknote provides a multisensory experience for the recipient which makes my communications more likely to be read and remembered. I think I have Flocknote Fever!

Flocknote has really helped our communications team to pinpoint certain audiences. We were able to teach ministry heads how to use Flocknote to communicate amongst themselves, and we were able to sort those who prefer to receive messages in Spanish and those who prefer to receive messages in English. Flocknote is easy to use, easy to navigate, and easy to teach!

We have been using Flocknote to reach our parish members for many years. Flocknote is an excellent tool to convey our messages to them. Also, we are contacting the Parents of the children in our Religious program. Flocknote has been an ideal product for us. We will recommend to anyone to need to reach out to members or clients.

Flocknote is a easy to use tool to keep in contact with your members. I love the colorful options and wonderful header/picture options to make our weekly emails inviting and worth the members time to read. I also find the short "how to" videos very helpful for such things as how to use the library. And speaking of the library, we will be utilizing the new Advent series this year! Thank you Flocknote for all you do to help us bring others to Christ!

Flocknote has become a vital resource for our parish. We love the library of monthly content that makes communication beautiful, fun, and easy for our entire community. And those happiness engineers make trouble shooting issues a delight. St. Edward highly recommends this resource to any parish!

Flocknote has been very useful for us and our religious education program. It is a wonderful and easy way to keep in communication with our families. The emails you can create are beautiful and have many features that you can add.

So far my experience is all positive. Now im using Flocknote for mass attendance. I need to keep Confirmation students and their family on check.

Flocknote has been very helpful with the communication with our parishioners! It’s fast, easy and can be done at any time if the day. Messages can be scheduled to reach out at any given time. As a church you have control over who is to receive each message. You can reach out to a particular group or everyone! You can reach out by text or email. There are many templates to make life easier!!

Flocknote has literally been a God send! It's the quickest way for us to contact our parishioners. Last year they came up with an efficient and easy sign up system for social distance masses, which made the back office/rectory work so much easier for the staff and so much safer for our parishioners!! Don't know how we ever lived without it!

Flocknote is easy very to use. They regularly add more features, so the product is constantly evolving and improving. They also offer training and guidance when the software is updated, to keep users informed about the product.

Flocknote did its research to learn how to offer what is needed for how people really communicate. Their approach simplifies how to keep in contact with any or all groups at your church or school. And the tool is easy for anyone to use. As a communications professional who volunteers for my church, we have found Flocknote to be the best way to showcase why people want to be part of the community.
