Flodesk is the email marketing platform that I recommend to all of my clients!

As website designers, we are focused not only on aesthetics but also on strategy. When it comes to keeping a consistent brand across all platforms, Flodesk is one of the best platforms visually.

In addition, it makes it so easy for users to edit layouts and customize emails to their needs. The platform itself is extremely user-friendly and straightforward. Building out automations is not overly complicated, scheduling emails is a breeze, and segmenting lists is even easy.

The analytics are so digestible that it's easy to know exactly what's going on in terms of audience, open rates, click rates, trends, etc.

I have absolutely loved my time using Flodesk! It is user-friendly and so easy to navigate for my business. I recommend ot all of my friends that want to start email lists as well as clients because it's by far my favorite business tool. One of my favorite features is the premade layouts. It makes it simple to create beautiful emails for my weekly communications. They are always adding amazing updates, and I think you'd love it if you need to migrate your list or start from scratch.

Flodesk is user-friendly and the templates are creative and vibrant which speaks to the energy of my brand. Flodesk is added value to my branding and has been a wise investment. Customer service is TOP TIER!

I've been a Flodesk user since way back in their beta phase in 2018, and I've absolutely loved the platform over the years (and especially what it has grown into!)

Beyond the incredible team who genuinely supports their community and listens to what we need, one of the first things I've always loved about Flodesk even as they've grown is the emphasis on design. I've played around with other email marketing softwares just so I stay on top of things, and it always just makes me fall more in love with how pretty and on brand I can make my Flodesk emails.

My absolute favorite feature is the workflows and they've even made some huge updates to these lately that are amazing! I love being able to have some sort of consistency even when I'm not totally present, and the workflows make that so easy. I'm able to create segments and sequences, do some A/B testing, and have different triggers that all lead into the same workflow. It's so simple for staying connected with my audience and having them really become part of the community as soon as they join my email list without any heavy lifting from me. Plus it's so easy to set up even if you're not super tech-y.

The price, the support, the ease of use, etc... I could go on and on, but it truly is just an all-around great platform and team. If you're a small business, building a community, or building a personal brand, it's my most-recommended tool.

Flodesk is hands down my favorite email marketing tool as a creative and small business owner! I've been a user since the beginning and I can attest it is a tool that gets better with age. As a small business owner, I am wary of the tools I use and invest in and Flodesk has made it so easy and convenient to send ON-BRAND email marketing campaigns and newsletters to my audience. It takes minutes to set up a workflow and embed it on my website... not to mention the emails I send complement the rest of my branding and marketing. It's truly an extension of my brand. And I'd say has even improved my open rates more because it actually makes my list want to open my emails (which is currently sitting at 64.7% and above industry average!)

I also absolutely love how they are innovative in the tech/marketing industry. Email marketing has been around for decades and Flodesk is always coming up with new ideas to engage audience and encourage interactivity, which is so important in a world where we are bombarded with emails. My favorite feature is definitely their wheel spinner opt-in form as well as their Canva Create integration.

I've used other platforms before and I can attest Flodesk is the easiest to use and definitely has my business forever!

I have used Flodesk for my small business email platform for years and cannot recommend it enough. After previously attempting to use various other email newsletter providers and being frustrated with poor design and tech complications, I appreciate Flodesk's simplicity of use, beautiful aesthetic templates that stand out in any inbox, continued addition of features such as checkout and sales pages, forms as beautiful as the emails, and tiered pricing based on list size. Their customer service is fast, personal and human. 10/10 recommend if you value aesthetics AND ease of use.

This service has significantly declined over time. What used to be included now comes at an extra cost for almost everything.

You pay for the service, only to find out there is still branding included. If you want to remove it, you are required to pay even more. On top of that, the pricing model is based on the number of readers rather than emails sent, which quickly becomes very expensive.

In my opinion, this feels misleading and not transparent. Customer service is also very poor and unhelpful.

This is something potential users should be aware of before getting started.

I absolutely love flodesk! Not only are the emails and forms beautifully designed, but they are incredibly functional as well! My deliverability rate is high and the analytics help me to continue bettering my emails overtime. If you’re on the fence about the flodesk, don’t be! I have used many other email service providers and this is by far my favorite. I love it so much I pay for two separate accounts for two different businesses I run!

Immediately, my collectors (I'm a photographer and artist) started noticing the upgrade. It's also intuitive and I loved the ease with using the platform in general.
