I ordered screen protectors late Thursday night for my wife’s and I iPhone 17 pro max devices.i wasn’t expecting the screen protectors until later the next week.i was pleasantly surprised that the screen protectors were delivered Monday! Initial impressions: packaging was nicely presented and upon opening the package, the screen application device and instruction envelope with the dust removal sticker (which is full size for a change! Kudos FloLab), screen cleaner and drying cloth were neatly packaged. Now on to the screen application process and the final results. If you follow the directions you’ll be rewarded with a bubble free application or very minimal bubbles after the application which are easily removed with the supplied wedge device.i applied the screen protectors to both devices within minutes with no issues. The quality of the screen protectors outstanding, and the edge to edge protection along with a perfect fit are impressive. You really can’t tell you have a screen protector on the device, especially once you put a case on it. One last thing: the clarity of the screen after installation and the feel of the screen protector while typing and scrolling feels like the original screen. Great job FloLab! First time customer, but you’ve definitely earned my business and will use your screen protectors moving forward! To anyone on the fence about FloLab screen protectors.. give them a try, just follow prep and installation instructions and you’re good!
Read online mixed reviews but my experience was 5 stars. Air bubbles were cleared within 20 seconds without needing to look at their help video and with the dust removal sticker there was literally 0 dust leftover. If you get the 3D infinity edge you will not regret it.
The adhesive that holds the Flolab Snapgrip magnetic wallet together fails in less than a year. So I rightly asked for a 12 month warranty replacement, I’m still waiting for them to send me an invoice and this was 17 days ago so I think their customer service team is just outright ignoring my emails at this point until the one year warranty expires. I would avoid Flolab again for their poor customer service and product.
Excellent screen protector. It's the first one I use for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. And the anti-reflective works very well. Apart from the fact that it gives a lifetime guarantee, which I really like, because of the confidence that this creates. I am very satisfied and grateful. I recommend them.

Order an iPhone cover to protect my iPhone. This was never delivered to me after two weeks waiting asking everywhere neighbours post office the package she seem to be lost flow up. I’ve sent them a few emails. They didn’t respond to anything basically they just say screw you it’s not our problem so now I have no cover spent €40 on something I have didn’t receive and no solution that you speak in silence. Absolutely a fight this horrendous customer surface.

I thought my iPhone was acting up but it was all cuased by a bargain basement screen protector. My phone now responds to my every touch and the non glear finish makes photos pop out of the phone. Lesson learn, spend the money to protect the screen especially when I spent the money on an 14 Pro Max!!
Amazing iPhone screen protectors with the best customer service. I have been using Flolab since the iPhone 12 and have not bothered looking elsewhere. Invest in Flolab if you care about your phone.
I bought a NanoArmour ONETIME PRO Privacy Anti Reflective PolarSpectra Infinity Edge – iPhone 16 Series for my 16pro. First one split across the screen after about 12 hours. They quickly sent a replacement out, that one did the same thing after about 18 hours. I’ve now waited a month to get another replacement but they’ve asked for 11€ shipping. I’ll just go and buy one elsewhere. Even the cheap ones last longer. Don’t waste your time or money!
FLOLAB, it’s not only a great company with great phone cases and screen protectors, but has a great system that makes purchasing items very easy and efficient. I would recommend this company 10 out of 10 times.
Solid product so far and easy to install
Absolutely a scam when it comes to warranty replacement. They will purposely mislead and frustrate you when you try to make a warranty claim. Website will not work, then you send them an email. They will respond that they are busy and will respond in 48 hours. Which will not happen. You send an email again, and they respond that they need photos of the damaged screen, which you would have already sent in the first message. You reply with the requested info, then you get a message a day later that their message will expire in one day since you do not respond, which of course you did. It’s a cycle that’s mean to frustrate customers. This is 100 percent effort to dodge providing a replacement to their failed product. I usually don’t write reviews this negative, but these guys really take it to the next level in being dishonest.
I’m based in the UK and purchased a screen protector for my new iPhone from Flolab, a company I believe is based in the USA. I was initially impressed with the quick shipping and the high-quality look of the product. The price, just over £35, wasn’t the cheapest but felt reasonable for the great reviews and premium branding.
However, my experience went downhill fast. Unlike competitors who include 2-3 screen protectors in a pack, Flolab provides only one, which feels stingy for the price. I’m no stranger to applying screen protectors, but this one was a nightmare. The instructions were clear, and the application seemed perfect until I peeled off the reveal layer—only to find the screen covered in more bubbles than protector! I spent over an hour trying to smooth it out, but it still looks awful (see attached image).
I reached out to Flolab’s support for help, but I’ve had no response, which only adds to the frustration. For £35, I’ve had far less hassle with £10 screen protectors from other brands. It feels like I’ve wasted my money, and with only one protector provided, there’s no second chance to get it right.
Flolab, please take this feedback seriously—improve your product or at least respond to customers. To anyone considering this company, be warned: you only get one shot, and it might not go well.
Best screen protector, best warranty, fast delivery worldwide, everything is perfect.
I ordered a case called Infinity edge for 30+ euros that has a light bleed on the edges. At the moment of ordering there wasn't an alternative non privacy non matte case with anti-reflective layer. It came with iPhone 17 sticker covering iPhone 16 Pro text originally on the box and it has light bleed on edges. They said it's normal and not faulty but offered 50% discount for improved version. Now they have a new listing for 3D glass and they renamed Infinity edge variant to Infinity Edge Case friendly. That wasn't stated when I bought it, 'infinity edge' sounds like something goes to the edge of the screen, not 'infinity but you see 2mm of your screen outside of glass'. I put a 3 star review saying glass itself is great but the light bleed makes it look and feel non premium and that infinity is misleading and review disappeared off the site instantly. They just show 5 stars reviews. It's a shame because the glass is good quality but having misleading names and keeping only 5 star reviews doesn't make them a trustworthy company. Also, customer support didn’t reply to my email after writing that I think it’s not okay to add later that this is a Case friendly version and all that.
