I bought an item on December 27th 2025, nothing received, I have emailed the service department three times and have had no reply.
Very worried about having been scammed.

Lack of response re Refunds

I recently ordered 2 packs of leakproof undies for my Mum at a total cost of $56.97 USD. Before the order arrived unfortunately, my Mum passed away. Therefore as soon as I received the parcel I checked it and emailed Flolyed that I wanted to send it back for a full refund, as the refund policy says they need to be advised within 14 days. I have emailed 3 times without any reply, so ladies if you are thinking of buying from Flolyed, my advice is DON'T

I DID ADDRESS MY REQUEST FOR REFUND TO THE EMAIL AT SERVICES. AND IT WAS ONLY WHEN I WROTE THIS REVIEW THAT I GOT A REPLY

Do not shop this website!

Do not shop this website! I attempted to return an outfit because it was poorly constructed. Instead of allowing me to return the item they said they would send me a $20 voucher for a future purchase - then they never sent the voucher! I sent them numerous emails to try to get the voucher but they would not respond.

No way to return a poor quality dress


I ordered a dress. The fabric was poor quality, the color was not the same, and it was larger than indicated. I was unable to return it despite numerous emails asking for the return address.

They do not deliver what they advertise

Please do not buy from this company. My experience: 1) buy 1 and get 2 free (never arrives, unless you chase over and over); 2) Returning policies, if the item is small, large, doesn’t fit - is do scary, they send you a hyperlink to pay for postal package and posting. Non stop emails polite emails, but by then you are sick snd tired snd loose your money.

No return or refund

Do not buy from here. You will receive an item that does not live up to the description or appearance. They advertise that you must contact support to receive a return address, but you will only receive advertising emails and maybe lucky one email if they offer a voucher instead. Or get offered 1/3 of the value of the purchased item

Bluff

Skickade 9 Mail men fick inga svar efter anmälan till Klarna så blev jag erbjuden 400kr avdrag varan kostade 548kr. Hade beställt 2 kaniner som tog sig fram sakta och rörde sig på ett verkligt sätt fick två som hoppade fram hysterisk och lät otroligt högt. BLUFFVIDEO!!!!!

Velg en annen butikk, spar deg for skuffelse

Bestilte en grønn kjole som så magisk ut på bildene. Med glitter, glans og frynser. Det tok over en måned å få varen, og da den endelig kom, var det kun en stor skuffelse. Varen var langt i fra bildene på siden. Stoffet var dekket av netting med gulle flekker (forsøk på glitter og glans), som ga kjolen heller en matt farge, og frynsene var som fra en gammeldags gardin. Det fulgte heller ingen returlapp. Bortkastede penger, best å velge en annen leverandør.
