We wanted to use a local company for the furnishing of our new home and we are so glad to have found Trinity Floors & Blinds. It was a pleasure to work with Jordan as we renovated our home over a 3 month period. He visited the house with samples for us to choose from which helped with the decision making.
Everything was fitted on our own timeline which was really helpful.
We received a great customer service and will definitely use them again should the opportunity arise and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had blinds and carpet fitted by Trinity Floors & Blinds, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail throughout the entire job. The blinds were installed perfectly, with clean lines and smooth operation, and the new carpet looks fantastic — neatly laid, with flawless edges and seams.

What really stood out was their professionalism and friendliness. They took the time to explain what they were doing, checked in to make sure I was happy with each step, and left everything tidy when they finished. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and great customer service so well.

I’d highly recommend Trinity Floors & Blinds to anyone looking for quality blinds or carpet fitting. Excellent work from a true professional!

I have been using Trinity for the last couple of years for my blinds and flooring needs in my Airbnb and rental properties. It is always a pleasure dealing with Jordan and the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team. The quality of the workmanship is great with quick turnaround times.

Would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for blinds and flooring who want to deal with a small, local, independent company that care about what they do. I have since recommended Trinity to friends and family who have been over the moon and have since also recommended their services on to others.

I am sorry to say that I feel hugely disappointed and compelled to write this review. As one who believes in supporting local business, I proceeded with an order for some Louvolite Urban Shutters for a bay window from Trinity Floors & Blinds in Thornbury. From order to installation was pleasingly quick however what followed really left me feeling let down. Firstly, the shutters were measured incorrectly. OK, I know mistakes can happen and I accepted this, but I was reassured that new panel shutters would be ordered with a manufacturing timing of 10 days and priority would be taken to visit again and rectify. After 13 days and still not hearing anything back, I emailed Jordan for feedback. Surprisingly and unusual, no reply within 24 hours. It was then that I started to believe something was not right. I tried calling Trinity and finally after a couple of hours, I got a call back to say that the manufacturer would not supply shutter doors only and new frames would need to be measured and manufactured which would take more time. Both Jordan and his fitter quickly visited to measure up for what was needed. During this visit and again sharing my concern with what had been done so far, wrong size, shutter frame not square to the window, I was astonished to then be told by Jordan that some jobs just don’t go right from start to finish. He then told me he didn’t really want the job! He offered to refund my money for which I accepted and then asked me to keep this between ourselves!
I have now had time to really reflect on this experience and hope this does not happen to anyone else. I still cannot believe what happened.
I am now five in half weeks down the line, no shutters (that fit) and a very bad taste in my mouth. I have holes in my windowsill and window return that I must work out how to put right and I just feel very disappointed.
I have however now reached out to another company in Downend to help me out and following their visit have confirmed what I first thought with what was left in situ by Trinity. During the visit, I was made aware of several other aspects of shoddy workmanship like putting screws through the sill of the frame and not drilling the actual frame and capping the screws. Frame not square to the window etc.....
What I can say is, I have now placed an order with a company that has taken the time to diligently take all measurements and angles correctly together with fully explaining what would be supplied. They will also supply a drawing for me to check before manufacture. I will be supplied with higher quality hard wood blinds (not plastic) with machined posts (no screwing two frames together with self-tapping screws to make up the angles!) and ensure that everything fits correctly and more importantly, at a much more competitive price.
This whole experience has been a painful time-wasting lesson learnt. Never again with Trinity!

Easy to book Home appointment Jordan provided instant quotes which we were happy with and our four vertical blinds were fitted 2 weeks later no fuss no bother no stress just very easy company to deal with, decent prices and great service thanks Jordan's!

Trinity did an excellent job with our new carpets. From an excellent range of carpets to choose from, to speedy and quality installation, we couldn’t be happier. Both Jordan and Jay who we interacted with were professional, trustworthy and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

This is one of those rare companies - a company owner with an obvious vision built around quality and supported by an amazing team.

Jordan and his team fitted LVT herringbone in our lounge but honestly, didn't just go the extra mile by accommodating out-of-scope work when we realised we needed to raise the floor up twice the amount originally expected, but the guys were so on the ball that they changed the adhesive when they realised how much sun (and heat) our lounge got throughout the day. This also impacted on their schedule.

The quality of fitting is amazing. They've been a pleasure to have around and couldn't recommend enough.

This company has been fantastic in every respect. I’ve been told by others that I can be difficult to please and deal with so I don’t say this lightly! They have a small shop in Thornbury where you can go and have a rummage through different products. Don’t be fooled by them not spending masses of customer money on a glitzy shop. Everything you need to see is there and their bill was considerably lower than others who quoted, even though the amount of preparation work to ensure a solid base, was greater. They provided a top quality installation (of Brampton Chase LVT) throughout the whole ground floor of our house. They are extremely experienced and will guide you properly about the right product for you. They pick up the phone and talk to you and they know who you are! Proper customer service.

The fitters took such care of us and our home. They moved heavy appliances and furniture daily. They left our home cleaner than when they arrived! (We’ve had builders in 😆). Whatever over-cautious questions and concerns we had were listened to and addressed. The team-work they showed in working together, the planning to make everything easy for themselves and for us… honestly I could go on for pages. Don’t hesitate to use this top quality company, you will be delighted. I’m sure we will be going back to them for some blinds when everything is finished and I can think about colours.
