The staff could not have been more knowledge or helpful, particularly Stuart. Ordering straight forward and price very competitive- couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend!

Will be going direct rather than using a company like floorstore in future. They didn't return any calls meaning we had to go in any time we needed to contact them or move anything along.

Their inspector said the holes in our floorboards wouldn't need any repair work, however when the fitter came on our fitting date 6 weeks later he decided they did need repair and so our fitting was delayed.

Fitter was friendly during the fitting process, but we quickly noticed a loose/squeaky board after he left and we've been trying to get him back for over 6 weeks with repeated no-shows.

Got the general feeling from floorstore that once you've paid them it's not their problem unfortunately and they don't seem able to accept an errors or shortcomings on their part.

Edit: the reply to this review suggests we were unavailable on the dates suggested by floorstore, when in reality we setup multiple dates for the repair with the fitter who then failed to show up.

When floorstore offered further dates after these multiple no-shows we weren't available on the closer dates offered to us having already been stood up multiple times, so we had to go with a date another 2 months away.

That date came and went, the fitter didn't come. The store were made aware and said they would call back but true to from haven't don't so. Genuinely gutted we went with these guys.

Superb service, top quality oak flooring installed in herringbone pattern and the finished product is immaculate - blown away. Highly recommend Floorstore and will definitely be returning. Craig the fitter is a top class tradesman

Myself and my husband visited the Leeds store today and were greeted by Stuart.
He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
We will be placing an order within the next few weeks.

Stuart gave me a really useful lesson in flooring, showed me their extensive range of engineered floorboards as well as alternatives. Also met the fitter who was very helpful. Stuart gave me estimates for two choices and said samples could be provided when I move into my new house.

Used the floor store a few times now and always great service, Stuart is a diamond really helpful and friendly. Works out to be the best price vs other retailers every time.

When to two flooring shops today, this being the second and the customer service from Stuart was second to none. The first shop didn’t even care that I was in their shop, and struggled to find someone to speak to. As soon as I walked into floorstoore Stuart greeted me and showed helped me find what I was looking for. Talked through various options and gave me time to browse and look before going through quotes. Delightful experience. Thank you!

We needed new carpets for our loft extension. We came into the store and Stuart was more than helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us a good selection of carpets to choose from. He was very friendly and easy to approach.

We had Martyn come to fit the carpets and he was very friendly and fitted the carpets and LVT flooring to a very high standard.

Overall can't fault Floorstore from start to finish. Very reasonable price and friendly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use them again when we need new carpets in the future.

We visited the Leeds store today to find a patterned carpet - we’d been to quite a few places and couldn’t find any but managed to find what we wanted today. A big shout out to Stuart who was absolutely lovely and helped us with the carpet! Looking forward to getting it fitted.
