Weak product weak customer service.
The company are quick to request a review, but pretty much ignore emails asking questions. I'm not a fan of passive aggressive replies either. Personally I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Be aware that the product is weak enough that when it's half price it's just about worth it. Edit: I guess I have to add that they lie too. They emailed me multiple times saying "got two minutes" to leave them a review. I've purchased both og Kush and Crunch Berry from florbiz. Obviously it's weak, it's hemp. It's about 10% the strength of the real thing.

Sorry we didn’t pick you for a review, we take many things when we pick a reviewer, social post, youtube channel and many more since is an investment for us, You didn’t qualify for it, wonder why you say is weak since you never tried it? We have many reviews here about strong and great quality, go and look for it. Maybe another company will give you a chance for FREE products, wish you sucess in your Reviewer journey.
