Incredible view! Comfortable furniture on the huge balcony! Clean! All the beach toys you can imagine, and beach chair rental included! Saved us a ton of stress and money and sandy beach toy fights! The host was the most responsive and accommodating host we’ve ever stayed with! 10/10!!

Great vacation home with stunning pool & hot tub. Neighborhood very quiet with walking paths & a nearby park. The location is great, close to theme parks, restaurants & stores. Booking process easy.
Had 2 minor issues at location while vacationing but the property management team were very helpful and issues were resolved same day. Really appreciated their professionalism.

Our stay at this beautifully renovated condo in Sunny Miramar Beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the
location
—just steps away from the breathtaking white sand beach and the sparkling Gulf waters. It truly doesn’t get better than that!

The condo itself was pristine and thoughtfully designed. We were thrilled to be the first guests to stay in this freshly renovated unit, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was brand new—from the appliances and furniture to the fresh paint, ceiling fans, plush carpets, and stylish décor. Every detail had been carefully curated to create a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere.

The bedroom was incredibly cozy, with soft, high-quality linens and towels that made it feel like a luxury hotel. We especially appreciated the little personal touches like travel-size soaps, lotions, dish soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher tabs—all the essentials to get us started comfortably on our vacation.

The living room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with a beautiful dining table where we enjoyed our meals, and a breakfast bar perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. We also loved sitting out on the patio and soaking in the peaceful views—it was the perfect place to unwind.

One of the highlights of this condo was the stunning pool and hot tub just steps from our front door. It was the ideal way to relax after a day at the beach.

Communication with the property manager, Sharon was excellent. She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay.

From the fully stocked kitchen (with brand-new dishes, silverware, and cookware everything in kitchen is new ) to the overall cozy and inviting ambiance, we truly felt right at home. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained property. Fabulous location.

The pool alone made the trip worth it! This is a kid and pet friendly rental with a fenced in yard and plenty of privacy from neighbors. The kitchen was fully stocked with things needed to cook that you wouldn't pack in your suit case.
The host was very attentive and responded when I had questions! She also had some good recommendations on local food. The pool makes you want to stay at the rental all day but there was always something to do locally as well!
We can't wait to come back!|

Florida Rentals was great to connect with the owner to book a unit at Celedon Resorts.

The two bedroom, two bath condo was comfortable, convenient, and well-outfitted with all the items needed to make it like home. With the other things we brought to round it out we were able to make breakfast and lunch to really relax at the property. Dinners out were awesome. We wish the weather had been more cooperative but that is always an unknown. The couple of sunny days without wind were amazing, especially with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Thanks to the owners for such a great condo to share.

We were able to arrange a fantastic family vacation through Florida Rentals. We delt directly with the owner of the unit we rented and they were a pleasure to deal with and to correspond with. Everything about the unit we rented was exactly as it was advertised.

We just returned from the most incredible Spring break at this vacation rental, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was like a dream come true. The private beach access was the cherry on top—having the sand just steps away made our stay feel like a true getaway.

The condo itself was impressively roomy and impeccably clean, which made it feel like a home away from home. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals when we weren’t dining out.

Shannon, the host, was an absolute gem! Was incredibly easy to work with, always quick to respond to our questions and made the entire booking process a breeze. It felt like we had a personal concierge at our fingertips!

We’ve already started planning our next trip back because this place is just too good to pass up. If you’re looking for a perfect vacation spot with breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further. Highly recommend! 🌊🏖️

This was our first time using the site to rent a condo. It was simple with contact with owner easy! Perfect location directly on the beach, no steps.

The owner made the entire booking and stay seamless. We found the condo and area just as advertised.

We rented the Turtle Bay Cottage. the House was clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants within easy drive to the Gulf Beaches. The kids enjoyed the pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the heated pool with great view of the pond and Florida birds that visited.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with fabulous, unobstructed beach views! The spacious deck provides comfortable seating and a perfect spot to watch the stunning sunsets. The built in bar height tables on the deck were perfect for quiet dinners overlooking the gulf. Private access to the beach, a private pool, and an elevator opening directly in the unit makes for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation.
The unit was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the condo was well stocked. The location allows for easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was responsive to questions prior to our stay. Our family will definitely be back!!
