Southern Sunset was an amazing place to stay for our annual trip to the Keys. It was our first time on Cudjoe Key and we loved it. Location was great and the hosts were fantastic with communication. Everything was perfect!

Moondrifter #202 was so beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, and with an amazing ocean view!! We planned to stay for 9 nights and extended for 6 more ! We saw dolphins in the distance from our oceanfront balcony, cooked many meals in the kitchen, washed laundry with the ease of w/d by the kitchen, children slept well in the hallway bunk beds in addition to the 2 nice bedrooms. You can literally walk to many restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Wal-mart is close enough to walk but you won’t want to with groceries. The building is smaller, without any frills (no tiki bar) and perfectly priced accordingly. Many owners of the condos live full time here and are very friendly and take good care of the place. The pool is well kept and barely used. The management company of the condo, Azure Properties, was excellent! They were immediately responsive with answers to my questions (Brandi). Her service and attention was outstanding. I highly recommend this unit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Boynton Beach! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully updated! It had everything we needed and more for a comfortable family getaway. Sophia was amazing to communicate with and made the entire experience so easy and welcoming.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute drive to the beach and to Atlantic Avenue, which is such a fun area filled with great restaurants, shops, and things to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

We’ll definitely stay here again for our next family vacation. Highly recommend! 🌴✨

Dealing with the owners directly.

The overall experience from booking the rental, the stay and the departure were seamless. The property was clean, cozy and comfortable just like a home should be. The rental has all the amenities that you find at home and there was zero stress. My husband and I will be booking this rental each year because it exceeded our experience by far.

9008 Hazard St. property is well kept, well manage and close to the oasis. Also close to the golf course. Only problem was with the pool heat which David had fixed very quickly! Thank you David.

Even my OCD wife was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo (even though I have already been in it for two days). The condo is listed as a one bedroom, but the design makes it seem larger--partially due to the large balcony which overlooks a small lake and the golf course. There is a large, wall-mounted TV which can be viewed from the living area with a nice recliner, or from the bedroom. The bedroom has two comfortable beds and can be separated from the living area with a wooden screen. The shower has been redone with a nice stone finish and a retractable wooden bench. The unit has a large refrigerator, appreciated as we were on our way to another condo with all of our special diet foods. Brian was very helpful with arranging for our stay.

I stayed here for about a month and had an amazing experience. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better, with easy beach access, a quiet area, and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.

Laura was an awesome host and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well kept place near the beach.

Dolphins Pass was perfect for our family of 12; 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids were very happy with the toy closet and things for the beach. There are large windows across the back of the house that gave us an amazing view of the Gulf. The large deck was a good, secure outdoor space for the kids. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need.
Looking out the back windows, we got a feeling of being secluded, but we were very convenient to town. We were 2 miles from the heart of Pensacola Beach’s shops, restaurants, and public beach. Publix and WalMart Market in Gulf Breeze are less than 5 miles away.
Andree had quick, helpful communication with me during this whole process. My husband suggested I mention the windows with the amazing view, again. We loved it and are already talking about going back next year.

House is as the pictures and is clean/tidy throughout
The beds are very comfortable.
We stayed here from 30th August to 24th September without any problems whatsoever
The owner is always helpful and truly a nice person who can't do enough to help you.
We travel to Florida every year and have stayed in a few homes but never experienced a host/owner who always puts his guests first no matter what.
Not forgetting the pool and spa this was amazing cleaned and treated every week
Don't hesitate if your looking for a hassle free holiday/ vacation you won't go wrong with this home or the owner.

My family and I booked 9 days in the condo by the lagoon. I was a bit leery as there is a mix of good and not-so-good reviews for Norman. I found him personable and responsive on the phone whenever I had a question or concern before the trip. We didn’t get into town until the evening so Norman arranged for a virtual walkthrough where he talked me through the unit by phone. He has a great memory of the unit and described everything I needed in the unit. He came by the next day and made sure we were settled in. The unit was great, right by the lagoon. My only complaint, and it’s a very minor one, was the for some reason the mosquitoes were crazy going out the door. I’ve stayed at Kawama before and it’s never been so bad; so technically not a complaint as this is not under anyone’s control. Going out the front of the unit (lagoon side) was much better. The lagoon with the fish were amazing, and you can feed the fish (no fishing though!). My entire family loved the lagoon. Norman was always attentive and easy to get a hold of, always ready to help out and make our stay better. He has a good sense of humor and always had a joke that I’d never heard before. Some people have made comments about his jokes, we did not have any issues with his jokes. The biggest takeaway was the Norman was always ready to assist us, whether it be to help with a bed for my elderly Mom, who came on this family reunion vacation, or recommendation for things to do, or helping me get a hose for the back of the unit to wash off my fishing gear after each day of fishing, he was a very good host.

Wow. All I can say is wow. From the first message I sent inquiring about the condo to the text I received at the end of our stay regarding checkout instructions, the experience renting and staying at Caihlin’s condo was perfect. I have been vacationing on Sanibel at least once a year since 2009. While I have never had a bad experience staying on Sanibel, staying at Loggerhead 332 far exceeded any previous experience and my expectations. Caihlin goes the extra mile to make sure her guests are taken care of and have a wonderful stay. Her communication is stellar. She provided abundant information on Sanibel and what it has to offer. Suggestions on restaurants and attractions and detailed information about the condo and Loggerhead Cay. Our welcome pack was even accompanied by thoughtful surprise gifts for our trip. She kept in close contact with me during Milton and celebrated with us when the island reopened just in time for our stay. During our stay she kept us updated on any info from the condo association regarding any clean up activities on the grounds. From the first step inside her condo, one can tell that she is committed to ensuring that her guests are comfortable and have the best experience possible. Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, but very comfortable and relaxing. The layout is very open and we were very pleased with the stocked kitchen. The in room washer and dryer are a huge plus! A storage area around the corner holds bikes, chairs, and beach equipment. Loggerhead 332 is just a few steps from the beach and about a two mile walk up the beach to the beautiful Sanibel lighthouse. There is a beautiful pool which we were able to enjoy and two shell washing stations. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and cozy. The only negative thing about our stay, was when we had to check out, we didn’t want to leave!! Thank you Caihlin for sharing your wonderful condo with us, there is no doubt why you are a 5 star host. I highly recommend that you do not hesitate to book with Caihlin and stay at Loggerhead 332, you will not be disappointed!! We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Since our stay in October 2024, we have had the opportunity to return in April 2025. Once again Caihlin and her condo served us well. She has since added some new fun items like a paddle board new linens, and towels not to mention new mattresses!! Caihlin is super responsive to any needs her guests have and we are excited to be returning later this fall! Thank you Caihlin!!

Condo was clean, steps to the beach and nicely decorated. It was nice to enjoy the balcony, that overlooked the beach, in the evenings. SeaBreeze was wonderful to work with and check in was a charm. We look forward to revisiting in the future.
