This is a beautiful home with lots of square feet to have over guests without feeling crowded. Cooking and dining is made easy with everything you need for making that perfect meal. Decor is lovely and inviting. The private pool is such a bonus. Its especially nice early mornings or after a day at the beach. Perfectly stocked with all you could need without bringing the whole house for your trip. Location is safe and family friendly. Local groceries, restaurants, and shopping within a short distance. So many beaches to add to your lists to do within 30 miles. Add the many different shells you can collect and the abundant sharks teeth on Manasota Key. Endless things to do here. Fishing, local bars, and parks. What more could you ask for.

We loved everything about our stay. Ryan is super friendly and helped us immediately with every question. The pool is wonderful and the entire house is very nice. Fully equipped kitchen, lot of (pool) toys. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Loved the condo and the views! Never waited for an elevator, pool was never too crowded! Great location

This was the first time we have stayed a couple streets off the beach. We weren't sure how we would enjoy that - but we couldn't have been happier and we look forward to the opportunity to stay again. We loved the house, loved the location, loved the decor, loved the private pool, and loved the privacy that renting a house give you - there was really nothing we didn't enjoy. The check in/check out process was super easy - the rental agency checked in several times which I greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay again. This was the best villa I’ve ever rented in PCB! Super clean, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. The owners were amazing, so kind and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Mike the owner is very easy to work with and efficient if you need answers or run into any problems. Our family loves this house. The view is beautiful especially at sunset. We love fishing off the dock and that is has a private pool so I can swim any time I want to.

User-friendly, easy to navigate

The house was cozy, beautiful, and clean. There were coffee supplies, towels, soap, kitchen supplies, and cookware. It felt like a home away from home. My favorite thing was the close proximity to the beach and the pool.

Beautiful condo and beach, kind and responsive host. There is plenty to do, no matter what you're looking for. We enjoyed the scenery, the good food, and just simply relaxing and resting. Looking forward to going back!

My wife and I rented a New Smyrna Beach, FL property in early 2025. While the location and amenities were satisfactory, I regret to say that I would not rent from this owner again due to two significant shortcomings. Also, Florida Rentals was non-responsive. Florida Rentals refused to post my review. I conclude that all negative reviews are not posted, thus, misleading renters.

The condo was advertised as having beachfront access. Upon arrival, we discovered that both the private and adjacent public beach accesses were out of service due to a prior storm. The owner did not disclose this crucial information about beach access in the listing advertising the property’s availability, although beach access directions were provided in the welcome package.

Secondly, our lease included access to a gym located in another building owned by the same proprietor. Gym access was a decisive factor in choosing this unit. Despite several attempts, I could not access the gym. The owner gave explanations and suggestions, but never provided the gym access key. By the end of our stay, the owner accused us of losing the key, which we never received. Notably, the welcome instructions for the gym did not mention a key.

A general observation is that the listing greatly exaggerated the property's condition. It was not as pristine as described. My family has been involved in real estate for decades, so I have a credible perspective in these matters. Accessing cable services was a daily frustration, as we found nine remote controls. Not one would turn on the television, and the batteries were dead. We foraged through all the batteries and found two that worked. The owner mentioned spare batteries in the cupboard, but there were none, prompting us to purchase them. Furthermore, the method for accessing cable TV involved a cumbersome set of instructions, leading me to contact Spectrum Cable three times. Additionally, my wife was frightened by an extremely aggressive dog owned by a resident in a nearby another unit on the same floor.

The owner’s ambivalence left me with the impression that the owner had not visited the property for some time. For instance, sea wall construction on the building south of Point East had been ongoing for months, yet the owner seemed unaware. The clocks were an hour off due to the semi-annual time change not being adjusted. Throughout our stay, the owner did not resolve any of the issues we raised and became dismissive when pressed.

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. The rooms were large and everything we could possibly need was provided.

Everything was great. Enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching and listening to the ocean. It was nice to be able to park underneath the condo out of the heat and rain. Julie was very helpful and aimed to please.

Landlord is very accommodating

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything we needed was there. The pool area was beautiful. What I really value is cleanliness. I didn't find any defects; everything was very clean. The location is very good, with several beaches and shops within easy and quick reach. Peter responded quickly to questions. So, a perfect vacation.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Poolanlage war wunderschön. Was mir besonders am Herzen liegt, ist die Sauberkeit. Ich konnte keine Mängel feststellen, alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mehrere Strände und Geschäfte sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Peter hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Ein perfekter Urlaub also.

Connie was wonderful. I stayed 8 nights, great layout - both bedrooms have king beds and attached baths. Nice kitchen layout with a pantry. Loaded beach closet with wagon. Pet Friendly!
