Già possessore dell'iconica Arco di Castiglioni e di una IC Lights Table 2 di Anastassiades ho aggiunto questa bellissima lampada da lettura che non ha deluso le mie aspettative sia in termini estetici che qualitativi.
Ho avuto un piccolo problema in fase di ordine dal sito risolto con estrema cortesia e disponibilità dall'eccellente servizio clienti Flos.

Esperienza deludente. Ho acquistato ad inizio dicembre 2023 una lampada Arco. Mi è stata recapitata senza preavviso, in due tranches, senza consegna al piano, senza firmare bolla. Solo la base in marmo pesa circa 70 kg. Le info di consegna multipla mi sono state recapitate solo dopo mio reclamo al customer service e mail a seguire. Inoltre nessuno , in sede di conversazione x acquisto, mi ha detto che la garanzia vale se la lampada è montata da personale specializzato. Esperienza decisamente deludente per un costo importante.

Sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto ricevuto e di come è stato risolto il problema del paralume che era arrivato con un difetto.
Il servizio clienti efficiente e molto cortese.
L’azienda dopo le opportune verifiche ha provveduto ad inviarmi un nuovo paralume.
Vi ringrazio nuovamente per la serietà con cui è stata gestita la sostituzione. Rinnovo la mia ammirazione per i vostri prodotti.

Une lampe à plus de 300 euros qui arrive avec des malfaçons au niveau de l’abat jour et des rayures. Un échange qui nécessite plus de deux semaines de réflexion auprès de la marque.

Dovendo smontare una lampada sospesa Black And White degli anni 60 ho cercato sul sito Flos dove mi è apparsa subito la chat di aiuto con una persona dall'altra parte e non un robot: fantascienza!
Ho esposto il problema e la necessità di un disegno per lo smontaggio e dopo meno di mezz'ora ho ricevuto mail con quanto richiesto. Top!

Rosy Angelis, Philippe Stark, anno 2017. Si rompe il corpo centrale in plastica (scadente) nel quale si innestano i tre steli di supporto (sono quasi sicuro che non si sia trattato di un urto ma non posso escluderlo). Mi prendo tutta la colpa e cerco il ricambio nella sezione "ricambi" del sito Flos, ma di tutta la lampada quello è l'unico pezzo a non avere un codice. Chiedo a Flos per e-mail, mi rispondono (abbastanza velocemente) di andare dove l'ho comprata. Vado dove l'ho comprata col pezzo rotto in mano e, dopo una settimana e vari solleciti, mi dicono (con evidente imbarazzo) che il ricambio non lo mandano. Posso solo imballare e spedire a mio rischio (l'articolo è molto leggero e delicato) e spese l'intera lampada a Flos, che farà un preventivo: se lo accetto, riparano, altrimenti rimandano indietro (in entrambe i casi sempre a mie spese). Ora mi chiedo che preventivo devono fare? Ho il pezzo rotto in mano: la diagnosi l'ho già fatta io!! Che senso ha farmi spendere soldi per la spedizione prima di dirmi il costo di riparazione (forse un'idea ce l'ho!!)? Ve lo dico io: il senso che io mi tengo una lampada rotta (riparata con la loctite) e loro NON si tengono un cliente... e adesso probabilmente arriverà anche la risposta preconfezionata a questa recensione che, ovviamente, non risolve nulla

Sky garden cambiato 4 dimmer, l’ultimo raccomandato dall’azienda, il lampadario si spegne e si accende da solo.
Coordinates w1 applique dopo due mesi non si accendeva più, sostituita me la rimandano con una vite mancante dunque non posso montarla e mi tocco trovare qualcosa di adattabile in ferramenta.

Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti Flos per informazioni su un reso e un nuovo ordine e ogni volta le loro risposte sono state precise, esaustive e gentili. Mi hanno supportato anche nell’invio del pacco per la restituzione del reso, veramente molto attenti. Ormai è sempre più difficile trovare un servizio clienti così, bravi.

Nice looking lamp and like that it doesn't need to be plugged in. However, stopped working after a couple of months. My son bought 2 as he liked the design. Both stopped working after a few weeks. Don't know if it's a problem with the charging or a fault with the lamp. Expensive waste of money.

I join the negative reviews below. I ordered the Flos Bon Jour Unplugged lamp and then found the concerns/recall about fire. I canceled the order within 24 hours but was told the lamp had already shipped. I was given a return authorization and immediately returned the lamp once received. I had to pay $30 to return the lamp. Flos received the return on 19 July '23 and has acknowledged the return but has refused to issue the refund. Flos is not responding to emails, telephone voice mails, and the online chat is down. Their products are defective and I believe Flos should not be allowed to do business in the United States. I will be contacting the Attorney General of NY where they are headquartered.

Awful Customer Service. I bought a replacement bulb from them, as none available elsewhere. This bulb was around £60- so not cheap. When it arrived and was fitted, the light flickered on and off. I assumed I must have a problem elsewhere with the lamp: electrician fitted new dimmer switch . The previous switch was only a year or two old so I was disappointed. Light then still flickering. Back to electrician another two occasions: he then tried another bulb ( which is too large to get into the globe but which fitted the socket). It worked perfectly. I emailed Flos to get a replacement bulb as per their 2 year guarantee; they initially refused- blaming the switch that had only been replaced because their bulb didn't work. I sent photos as requested and of the lamp working with other bulb. Again, they insisted it can't be the bulb, and disbelieved both me and the electrician. I had to threaten legal action/claim back from card company to get a new bulb sent. They then didn't bother putting my full address into the courier instructions. A bulb arrived today which does work but the whole thing has proved very costly , frustrating and time consuming indeed.... I love the Flos lamp itself but would not buy another one because of their customer care
Avoid ever ordering directly from these guys. One of the most useless customer service teams I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t reply to emails, don’t have a phone number to call, product over a month delayed. I’ve emailed them 6 times and they still are not capable of simply placing an order for delivery despite the crazy delays. Good products but never order directly from this joke of a customer service department, a disgrace.
The service was great, the food was the worst I've ever had. The fish was so greasy it dripped apart, that's when you could find a little fish. The coleslaw was over priced for only 2 bites in the container and disgusting. And I don't even know how to describe the stuffie but it was this red mush, like baby food smashed between shells, it was cold, and it tasted horrible. I only managed a few small bites and tossed it! The appearance was nothing like any stuffed I had before. It was a total waste of money and I will never go back and I will be sure to tell my family and friends, STAY AWAY!
I ordered a spare part from Flos. Approximately Euro 55. It was the wrong part and useless. After 14 days, they do not accept returns, and I guess that is in line with EU consumer regulation. However, since it is not sustainable to throw away fully functional products, I offered to pay for all shipping, return it and get a refund for the product minus shipping.
They refused with a generic answer and a lot of seemingly polite phrases.

Terrible customer care.
I tried to order from a dealer in a country other than Italy, I paid in advance and was promised that it was in stock and that it would arrive in a few days. But a few days later they wrote to me that Flos told them that they detected an error in the manufacturing process and that it will be in stock in 6 months. I asked another dealer and he said that it will be in stock in about 2 months.
At Flos, the product was in stock on the website, I ordered it from there, even though it costs more, after 2 weeks they told me that they didn't take the money, it was blocked in my account and to make the payment again.
I have never encountered such behavior before, not even with mediocre brands, not luxury, as they claim.
I asked them to explain these things to me and for two weeks I have not received any answer.
Such a beautiful functional lamp, very expensive gift, all good for a couple of years then noticed some bubbling and pitting of the chromed base. Thought of rechroming this and was told by the rechromer that the flaws were due to the base not being prepared properly prior to chroming. Given this I contacted the customer services of the company several times to ask for there comments on the issue, on each occasion I was instructed that the issue was passed to the correct department for addressing the issue raised; no contact had been attempted as they appear to be speechless and unprofessional hence the review, so to some it up, fabulous unique expensive lighting however if anything goes wrong you'll be on your own.
Buy a lamp for 10k SEK. Works for 1 month. When we call the company that made it (flos) they say they can’t repar it. Don’t Buy Flos.
