We had a Baxi Boiler fitted yesterday and have been very impressed by Flow Right Heating. The service provided by both Holly and Steve was excellent. When I asked for advice and a quote it was given promptly. Two other boiler firms never even kept their appointment to give a quote and they were nearby. When Steve came to do the work he was informative and willing to answer any questions I had and explained everything I would need to know in a straight forward manner. He was polite, professional and very motivated .Thank you for squeezing me in so I didn't have to carry on with a leaky boiler, that shows what a caring company you are. We've used Steve from Flow Right before to fix faults and to fit our Nest so it was an obvious choice when our boiler needed replacing.
The quote was very reasonable and he arrived when he said he would. The new boiler was fitted quickly (and is fab) with little mess or fuss.
We had no problems at all, very smooth from beginning to end, highly recommended.

The CH hot water valve had caused a fault, which was quickly identified and a new valve installed.

We had an old boiler replaced by Steve at Flow-Right. The service from start to finish was excellent and we are more than happy with our new Worcester-Bosch Style boiler - really neat pipework as well! Steve was very clear about the installation process (boiler was going in a new location) and helped explain the functions of the boiler and smart thermostat. Holly was very helpful prior to installation when we had some questions. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed. Holly was amazing from the start answering all of my many questions, advising in different aspects of the job and keeping me well informed. Steve and his colleague completed the difficult task of working with remnant of the previous botched installation, but they did it with ease, patience and professionalism. Delighted with new installation!
Biggest issue we had to get round was Covid, these guys had safe practices in place and where mindful of protecting myself and themselves.

Great experience. Friendly service, efficient workmanship, tidy along the way and good clean up after each stage, clear communication and a much needed 'can-do' attitude towards inspecting the job, discussing options, providing a quote and doing what needed to be done to remove and replace our very old, inefficient and faulty/risky heating and hot water system.
