Rodolfo Machado is poor support agent
Rodolfo Machado is seemingly not able to give proper support and ignores numerous support requests so I'm trying to get a refund on my 2nd license that screwed up NT and there is NO Help from REPLICANTO :(
Running expensive bots which are useless as I can't get nt running

It is unfortunate that you chose to write a second review about the same issue instead of following the instructions we provided in our first response.
Replikanto does not interfere with NinjaTrader's core functionality. If NinjaTrader is not running properly, the issue lies with your platform configuration, not with our software. Any experienced NinjaTrader user would be able to verify this.
As for the claim that we ignore support requests, we responded to every one of your emails. The fact that our responses included documentation links rather than the format you preferred does not mean we ignored you. Our documentation exists precisely because it contains step-by-step instructions with screenshots that are more effective than a few typed words in an email.
Regarding the refund request, our refund policy is clearly stated on our website. We encourage you to review it, though we understand that reading our documentation has not been your preferred approach.

I have been using replikanto for 2 or 3 years now. I don't remember but it's always been SOLID. Great and easy customer service too.

Great Product & Support
They make a great software for copy trading (Replikanto) which is very robust. And while it is a great product, I'm equally impressed with the support I've received.
Example: On 3/31/26 I had an issue, but I wasn't sure where the issue really was (I use NinjaTrader, Bulenox Prop Firm, Replikano & a Risk Management software called Risk Master). All of these have to work together & when they don't...it's not easy for me to identify the root issue. I explained my situation to Rodolfo at FlowBots& he asked me to send over the Logs from NinjaTrader. There is quite a bit of information in these Logs, but Rodolfo took the time to go through them & identified exactly what the issue was & the exact fix. It was one setting that I had wrong, actually on my Risk Management software that he was able to derive the issue from the logs, even though he couldn't see the Risk management software. His recommendation was 100% correct & while it stung a little yesterday...I have new confidence in the system with this fix. Great product...great people...a WINNING combination!!

That situation was a tricky one indeed. When multiple platforms need to work together (NinjaTrader, Bulenox, Replikanto, and Risk Master all in the loop), pinpointing the root cause from the logs alone can be a real puzzle. I'm glad we were able to dig through the NinjaTrader logs together and find that one setting in Risk Master that was causing the issue.
That's exactly the kind of support we aim to provide. You deserve to trade with full confidence in your setup, and knowing you're back on track with a fix makes it all worth it.

Trade copying is new to me and I could not figure out on my own why none of my trades were being copied. I sent a message for help and had little hope of getting a quick answer. But I my surprise Rodolfo reached out and led me step by step on the possible problems and sure enough, he nailed it with the second suggestion. Super fast, professional and intelligent customer service, and without making me feel like an idiot. Highly recommend.
