Flowelle.com are shameless liars and scammers. I ordered the product in November 2023, I have not received the shipment. They do not answer emails or respond in any way. Don't waste your money ordering these products because your money will be wasted.

Ordered in early August 2023, received only 1 of 4 items. The one I got even has size issue. (ordered size M but too small)

For the other 3, I've reached the service team multiple times. They said they will refund since the items are discontinued, but I haven't heard anything since December 2023. At this point I just gave up my money back.

I just hope that no more people order here to have same experience as me.

Placed an order in November, tried to reach them many times but no answer. In the past I placed some orders and they were alright. I don't know what is happening now.

On the website it says that the order hasn't been sent yet. I would like to have my money back!

Placed order on 25th od December 2023. I recieved my order but wan’t satisfied with the product so I placed a return… No answer, no money back.
Now when I see theres more of us is there any possibility of getting back our money?! FLOWELLE FACE THE ISSUE!

Does anyone have any contact details for them?! Ordered a month ago tried to go on the site to ask what’s going on and it says the shopify store is unavailable 🙁🥺

I ordered 11/26 and didn't receive my order for a couple of weeks. I emailed them and they cited a 7 day national holiday delay from their manufacturers, even giving me a 10% "thank you" for waiting for my order. I actually received a refund in my bank. Now, February 18th I tried to email them again and their email does not exist. I Google-lensed all of their website photos and they were all from different sites.

Ordered in November and still haven't recieved it. I've sent three emails asking for a refund and have been ignored. DO NOT BUY

Scam. Ordered in November, never received my products. Tracking says the order is confirmed but that's it. Sent bunch of emails to them and nothing besides automatic response got back. I'm pretty convinced that's a hugely believable scam.

Ordered my items on Dec 6, haven't received anything till now. Nobody replies to my emails. I guess my money is gone and no parcel to arrive. I do not recommend!

This is a scam!
Placed my order at the beginning of November.
After 1.5 week I emailed because I didn't receive any confirmation of shipment. They were quite responsive at first and said there was a warehouse issue.
A week later, no news yet so I requested a cancellation and a full refund.
They said it was shipped and offered a 15% refund for the inconvenience which they did.

A month later I requested a full refund as I didn't have any confirmation of it being shipped. Then they sent the tracking number and screenshot of the parcel being in the UK.
I received it a week later.

I wasn't satisfied with the sizes (they run too small) so I filled out the return/refund.
Posted via tracked Royal Mail, address doesn't exist so it got sent back to the UK...

The return address they gave doesn't exist in Google Maps. I've also tried finding them in Google Maps through their company name, but nothing. Definitely a scam! Don't buy!

Ordered 25.11.2023 and have not received order and it’s 21.01.2024. Have written many e-mails. Have not received response. Scam

Ordered this summer and the products were shipped but did not fit correctly (M fit as XS). They were quite responsive and sent me a returns label.

I sent the items back, but ever since I have not received a refund nor any replies from them.

Order 11/26, it is now 1/17 and the order never shipped. I’ve emailed numerous times and contacted through their website with no response. Fake company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

OVERVIEW
The most comfortable fabric and delivers on the heavy flow protection promise, BUT could be improved!

PLUS
+ Flowelle has a “Heavy” (55 ml) flow range that is not always available by other brands.
+ “Leakproof Bamboo Luna” period pants are currently the most comfortable period pants in the business, as they are made out of soft bamboo, making them soft and stretchable.
+ Offered all-round protection (day and night) for heavy flows.
+ Period pants made of eco-friendly fabric.

MINUS
- The “Leakproof Short Ivy Black” period pants had a lot of fabric layers in the pad area.
- There was a bit of a hassle to wear "Leakproof Short Ivy Black" period pants since part of the pants’ fabric was made out of non-stretchable material/lining. Comparatively, Flowelle “Leakproof Bamboo Luna” period pants are currently the most comfortable period pants in the business, as they are made out of bamboo, making them soft, stretchable, and easy to wear.
- The “Leakproof Bamboo Luna” period pants however offered some discomfort as they turn into a g-sting at the back, particularly for peachy shapes.
- Flowelle did not advertise period pants: ml capacity, aftercare advice, or product lifespan.
- The ‘Heavy’ range had a limited number of pant styles.

ADVICE FOR IMPROVEMENTS
* Flowelle should clearly advertise: ml capacity, aftercare advice, and product lifespan to fully inform their customers.
* Flowelle might consider incorporating a detachable side opening to eliminate the hassle of needing to take off garments when changing.

WASH, WEAR AND AFTER CARE ADVICE
* For first time purchases, test wear the period pants at home to self-assess product performance and to avoid potentially awkward public situations!
* Soak the period pants in water for an hour or more before machine or hand washing. Makes a significant difference since they become easier to wash.

I don't know if this company (shopflowelle.com) is legit or a scam. I ordered multiple products in november, that has not arrived yet, and it is now the 14th of january. That is despite their statement of a normal delivery time of 4-9 business days, and a promise of a maximum 30 days delivery. When I try to contact them, there is no response.
