Love the original cotton undies. They're brilliant. The new styles are great too, but feel more like a swimming costume which I like less, but not a deal breaker!! Would recommend trying them all out.

have made my second purchase
I have just made my second purchase. I purchased a few things to try and I am starting out on my reusable period products journey. I purchased the cups, period pants and pads. Eagerly awaited my next time of the month..
I have now used one of each. The period knickers were very comfy, no smell and did leave me dry for the whole day. The Period pad the medium one I have had half a day use before feeling like i needed a change. The cup, is going to take some getting used to for me (I am not a tampon wearer). but it was easy to insert and I didn't feel it there. The handy valve to release worked well too.
Over all really pleased with these products and have just bought a few more (to help with the washing aspect really).
Only 4 stars as my order did take a while to get to me..

Brilliant period knickers
As someone who has used reusable pads for the past five years, I decided to try the knickers that Flowette advertised. They're amazing. I worried they would leak or feel wet, but they absord quickly and are really comfortable to wear. Fully recommend.

TERRIBLE customer service - bought a product initially in the wrong size in error in which they said they would exchange, paid for p&p to exchange and then at exchange they sent me an invoice for postage again. When I queried it they would not cover postage and when I then asked for a refund as I felt it was unreasonable for me to pay for the p&p again they did not respond for 2 weeks. (Having both the goods and my money) Then following me prompting they had agreed to refund but not for the P&P so effectively I have paid £15 in total for nothing with this company to be told that they can not help with postage as it will effect their profits.
They could improve by promptly dealing with refunds and not withholding customers money and not having an attitude when customers are trying to resolve an issue with them.
Would avoid if you actually want to receive a product for your money.

Upon reviewing your order, it appears that the initial issue arose from you making an incorrect size selection.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we offered to assist you by exchanging the items despite it being outside the 14-day refund exchange window as a goodwill gesture.
As outlined in our shipping policy, when a customer requests a replacement due to an error on their part, they are responsible for covering the postage costs.
On 29th May, you questioned why you were being requested to pay postage charges at 8:03 PM. We promptly responded within 10 minutes at 8:13 PM, explaining the reason behind the postage charges.
We understand your frustration with the additional postage charges for the exchange. As a small business, we operate on tight margins, and covering the postage for exchanges would impact our ability to maintain a viable business. We genuinely wanted to assist you, but we were limited by these constraints.
After that, we had no further communication from you confirming whether you wanted a refund or an exchange. On 10th June, you contacted us again, asking why we hadn't issued a refund or sent new products.
Unfortunately, we had not received a response to our 29th May communication from you, which prevented us from proceeding with the refund or exchange. However, once you confirmed on 10th June, the refund was issued within 48 hours. We strive to provide prompt and efficient customer service.
To summarise, you did receive the product, and we issued the refund within 48 hours of your request. We apologise for any confusion or miscommunication that may have occurred.
We genuinely appreciate your business and regret any negative experience you had with us. We would like to assure you that we strive to provide a positive shopping experience for all our customers. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
