Easy to deal with, flowers were as described, arrived on time

I'm very happy by the way I was listened to when ordering over the phone. The whole procedure was explained.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion to arrive on the 9th of July. On the 9th of July I received an email to say that the order was out for delivery. Flowers were delivered ( but not the original selection ) on the 11th of July. This was the first time I'd used Flower Station. They were disappointing and unreliable.

This "High level customer service" called big shit made my worst day in my life. Ordered 16:25 yesterday 50roses to get delivered before 8pm( on website saying if order done before 5pm the same day delivery before 8pm is garanted!!!) Now 10 to 1am ,I am at the shop which one is 15min drive frome my home adress and I paid express delivery fee even and nobody knows where are my flavors.
Don't use this company never ever if you want avoid a heading and stress.

I wanted to send some orchids from France to Nottingham. Even if the website doesn’t provide this type of flowers, Flowers Boutique Nottingham prepared and delivered exactly what I had in mind. Fantastic!

I made a priority order and due to a mess-up at their end the order wasn't fulfilled, nor was this communicated to me. So after me chasing several times with no resolution I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. I always find that the mark of a good company is how they deal with situations where things go wrong, as lets be honest things do and often go wrong in our modern society. So to be fair to the Flower station they refunded my money no quibbles, and to mine and my mothers surprise they arranged a complementary bouquet of their seasonal bunch which arrived this morning, which my mum has advised are some of the nicest flowers shes ever received. She said she had 4 or 5 sunflowers in the bunch which she has never seen before, and was very pleased about. The Flower Station has redeemed the situation, and saved the day. So now they have a future customer for life. Thats how you build a brand and a reputation. Own the problem, and resolve it. Bravo Flower Station.

Flower Sation UK fail to live up to their promises. Despite a full webpage stating that they offer 'same day delivery to Barnet' they fail to live up to their promise. This is clearly a breach of contract and I have contacted Trading Standards to complain.
Their customer service operative said that the company and their web team 'are aware there are discrepancies between the website and what they can actually do'. That is not MY problem! I placed an order in good faith which they broke their contract on.
Realistic expectations have not been met; if you cannot deliver inside the parameters you have set DO NOT OFFER THEM!
It is not unrealistic to list at the top of the Same Day Delivery Page the areas that you cover.
You should not have a page stating Same Day Delivery In Barnet if you cannot match the claim.

very happy with this delivery, ordered the Get Well Soon bunch with balloon & bear, they arrived when I'd asked for the delivery to be made, I was kept apprised, and there was a photo of our friends receiving them on the doorstep.

Ordered flowers from them twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Great service, no issues at all, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful on delivery. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful bouquet of flowers! It arrived beautifully wrapped and was clearly packaged with great care. The entire arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, and the delivery was smooth and completely hassle-free. I couldn't have been happier with the quality and service.

Flowers never delivered. DHL said they had but the coordinates were incorrect and the photo showed a Dunelm parcel being delivered to an unknown door.
Flower Station said they would redeliver on Tuesday. Phone call to say yellow roses no longer available and agreed to accept orange roses.
Unfortunately the flowers were never delivered and DHL website show that they were still in Depot.
Requested refund which I received via PayPal.

I needed a last minute order for family as I was unable to make a hen party in london, and was surprised at such efficient service I ordered the same morning and beautiful flowers were delivered within 2 hours. A very happy customer. Thankyou xx

I bought the flowers for my daughter-in-law after the birth of my first grand son. She told me that they were the most beautiful flowers out of all the flowers she received, and she loved that they were blue for her son. The delivery service was fantastic as they phoned me to question if I had given them the correct address, which they were right to do as I had got the postcode wrong. I really appreciated them checking with me. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
