Είναι απάτη η ιστοσελίδα! Παρηγγειλα ένα φωτιστικό το οποίο δεν έφθασε ποτέ! Αστα άπειρα email που έστειλε δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση, το τηλέφωνο που υπάρχει στην ιστοσελίδα είναι μονίμως κατέβασμα εξ οπότε αποφάσισα να πάω από τη διεύθυνση που δηλώνει ως έδρα τους στο Γέρακα. Η διεύθυνση φυσικά ήταν μια πολυκατοικία , καθώς το κατάστημα όπως με ενημέρωσαν είναι eshop όχι φυσικό. Είναι το σπίτι του ιδιοκτήτη της ιστοσελίδας στο οποίο διαμένει και η μητέρα του, την οποία και γνώρισα. Βέβαια η γυναίκα είτε προσποιήθηκε ότι όλα πάνε καλά με τον ιστοσελίδα είτε δε γνώριζε την αλήθεια(θεωρώ το πρώτο). Έκανα σαφώς καταγγελία στο συνήγορο του καταναλωτή. εύχομαι να μην την πατήσει άλλος κόσμος.

Δεν συνιστώ καθόλου αυτό το κατάστημα. Παρά την πληροφορία στην ιστοσελίδα ότι η παράδοση διαρκεί 3–6 ημέρες, η παραγγελία μου από τις 30 Δεκεμβρίου έφτασε τελικά στις 23 Ιανουαρίου. Έστειλα αρκετά email χωρίς να λάβω καμία απάντηση. Μόνο αφού έστειλα email ζητώντας επιστροφή χρημάτων και τηλεφώνησα, ενημερώθηκα ότι το κατάστημα είχε στείλει την παραγγελία μόλις την προηγούμενη ημέρα. Δεν ενημερώθηκα ποτέ με email για την αποστολή, ούτε έλαβα αριθμό παρακολούθησης. Τον αριθμό τον έλαβα μόνο αφού έστειλα επιπλέον email ζητώντας τον. Την επόμενη φορά σίγουρα θα επιλέξω άλλο κατάστημα.

I placed an online order through this shop’s website. Shortly after, the “owner” contacted me directly and appeared very eager to help, assuring me that the order would be shipped quickly. He convinced me to pay the full amount upfront, including shipping costs.

After the payment was made, all communication stopped. The order was never delivered, and the owner completely disappeared. No replies, no updates, nothing.

Based on my experience, this website is a serious scam. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful and avoid making any payments, especially full prepayment, as there seems to be no intention to fulfill orders.

Very unhappy with that specific store. At first it seems very nice and after i placed my order all changed, it took 2 months to deliver my product,which i have repeatedly asked for a refund, they were nowhere to be found i could not contact them at all. When i really thought that i was actually scamed and decided to leave it at that,since the situation was very stressfull, a message came to me sudenly saying that they will deliver my order,all that one and a half month after the order was placed and trying to find those people to be refunded, and that's what i demanded when i sudenly when i told them i was ready to report them,they answereed the phone, and after they agreed on a refund they did nothing, stoped answering again and one day they suddenly delivered the product at my door! It was a dinning table and i had already bought one, so i just took it from the moving company cause the store people where not answering, and of course i had no refund, so i decided to at least take the table as not to lose both that and my money and at least try to resell it.I was very baffled as to whether i'll right a review or not, but in the end i think people deserve to be careful. I think they have a very elaborate system they follow as not to be shut down and i was amazed that i didn't found terivle reviews for that store.
So i do not know what others gonna do but i will also report it at the customer advocates.
So remember even if they answer at first they're not going to be reliable! So be careful people and be safe!
