Flow Kayaks were established in 2018 as the sole UK distributor for EXO Kayaks. Since then we have supplied kayak shops around the UK and Ireland with EXO and ZET Kayaks. In 2021 we opened our first retail shop in Nottingham and began to sell kayaks, canoes, clothing and equipment to directly to customers, as well as to our valued shops. Flow Kayaks have worked with Paddle UK for supporting competition events, supplied the armed forces canoe and kayak teams as well as supplying multiple canoe and kayak clubs and outdoor centres around the UK.

Paddles and large boxed items are shipping securely with Parcel Force.
Our kayaks are delivered directly by ourselves or occasionally private, trusted courier to minimise handling and potential damages.

Hi Hugh, thank you for the feedback and apologies if we've missed you, we've been moving premises and opening our new shop this week - we're only a team of two. I've been through our emails and haven't seen any correspondence to expect any returns from you? Please can you contact us on shop@flowkayaks.co.uk to let us know which orders have been returned and I'll double check the orders?
It does take 3 business days for refunds to arrive back in your account once processed due to our website platform, Shopify's processing time. They may have been processed already and due to come through after the bank holiday weekend. As the first of your orders was only placed 7 days ago, I expect you will receive refunds and confirmations over the next few days.

Amazing experience
After arriving at flow we were greeted and made to feel very welcome and all questions were answered with great information and knowledge. The products on offer were fantastic and there was not rush or drama trying multiple items on. Our experience of this business has been amazing and I will now not go anywhere else for all my kayak gear. Thank you flow for an outstanding experience

When my order was late due to a change in delivery methods they sorted it out straight away and got the item to me the next day, in time for my trip. Excellent service.

I'm pretty much a novice kayaker
I'm pretty much a novice kayaker, so I had loads of questions about what might be suitable for me etc. Tamsyn was super-friendly and super-patient, emphasising that what feels comfortable is most important and absolutely no pressure to buy more expensive kit. I bought a helmet and a PFD and really happy with both. I will definitely be going back for further kit as I develop. Thanks Tamsyn!
