They don't work any more. I paid, and they kept my money. Fraud!

Horrible service from Floxy. Purchases fail with constant errors, ISP proxies refuse connections entirely, residential proxies are unstable/unreliable. Support is nonexistent. Paid and got nothing usable. Far better alternatives out there. Avoid.

Floxy's actual proxies are amazing. We're using an ISP proxy and it's 100% what was promised on the box. In 3 months of use now, it hasn't had a single hiccup.

Their website has the occasional hiccup, eg I had a billing action not reflect immediately. But their support on discord handled it immediately and fixed the issue.

In short, couldn't be happier and they are very responsive.

Just one word: bad :), poor proxy pool.
Unlimited proxy is just a joke.

I've never written a one star review for a proxy service before - most the time it's people complaining that their target blocked their IPs. This is not one of those reviews. Floxy are an incredibly dishonest business.

Point 1:

On the checkout page they EXPLICITLY advertise "Residential Bandwidth never expires". However, I have a notification in my dashboard that says VERBATIM the following:

"Plan Expired

"Your Residential Bandwidth expired at 3/1/2026, 6:12:20 AM."

Point 2:
I ordered an unlimited residential bandwidth plan for a day to test it out. In the features matrix below the checkout page, it says "Country Targeting: ✅". YOU CANNOT TARGET BY COUNTRY WITH THE UNLIMITED PLAN.

I don't want to use the word scam, but Floxy is a scam. They lied directly to me as a customer not once, but twice. Support did not reply to my concerns. Avoid like the plague.

Good proxy service, support over Telegram was fast and courteous

This service doesn't work for me after I paid and there doesn't seem to be any active customer support. Likely a scam.

Unlimited Residential Proxies are the best! saves so much money and the pool is large enough for scraping social media sites.

I got lied to from reddit that this is a dependable proxy service provider.
Upon buying it they gave me a blacklisted IP. When I reached to them for replacement they didn't respond (~3 months now). Once your carry a transaction with them it is difficult to get your refund. I haven't gotten my money back from my payment provider until now. BEWARE OF THIS PROXY PROVIDER IT IS A SCAM!

Poor and unstable

I purchased a US proxy from this service, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor.
The proxy was unstable, very slow, and did not match the advertised US location. When I checked the IP, it showed a different country/region, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a US proxy.

On top of that, the connection was unreliable and frequently unusable. This experience was a waste of money and time.

I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable or genuine US proxy

I had bought a US Proxy. It was loading the captcha at first, even detected in google it was detected in anywhere, seems public proxy
It was not even a US Proxy and was detected in Nepal on Facebook, and I got suspended
