While they violate specific credit card network rules and New Jersey consumer protection statutes, “unethical” would be a kind way to describe these people.

I have been with Flux Charts customer for years and the accuracy and reliability of their product never ceases to amaze me! Also their excellent customer service is the cherry on top. I’m a customer for life.

experienced a bug, support fixed it

I purchased the CCT levels indicator. With the intention of saving myself time scalping so I can have realtime updated pois while I scan through mutiple pairs but the reality is that it does not update realtime and the data is stale. I expressed to Luis that the CCT Levels Indicator I purchased is faulty and requires me to reset Tradingview everytime to get updated POIs which defeats the purpose of being efficient while scalping. I can mark the POI’s myself manually which is faster than resarting tradingview. They denied my refund request and said they have a no refund policy. With all due respect , all companies should refund if the product is defective or not as advertised.Stay away from this company. As they have no care for their customers.

Their products are great, although I couldn't implement them into my strategy, so I requested a refund, and they refunded me without hesitation.

I was excited to join Flux Charts a few weeks ago and see how using it could help my trading…but since then their entire platform but especially their Price Action Toolkit has been a complete disaster. It hasn’t worked since the day I downloaded the platform (and I’ve been a TradingView customer for many years, so I know how to get things working on their platform). There definitely seems to be a glitch in their program but they can’t help me fix it. So, after 2 weeks of going back and forth with their tech team and doing everything they suggested to fix it…and finally getting really frustrated…I asked for my money back. They said no.
Truthfully, I’m really disgusted. They can’t help me fix the problem and now they’re saying they can’t give me a refund. To me this totally lacks integrity and honorableness and I’m writing this to warn people to stay away. If they do the right thing here, I’ll take down this review, otherwise…I’m very disappointed and want to help my fellow traders look elsewhere to find a company you’ll be happy to work with. Sadly, it’s not these guys.

Strategies tutorials and screeners are extremely helpful. Indicators are supposed to build additional confidence, which is exactly what it provides. Very useful.

Slow to respond given the fees just to get their indicator. Person who responded not very helpful and never replied back for my question.

I purchased subscription on Monday October 27th, today’s nov 4th still can’t add the indicator to my TradingView that I paid for.
Multiple emails and tickets sent thru discord. Just getting the run around with no fix in site!
If I don’t get a fix soon I’m gonna have to contact my bank for chargeback. Zero customer service!!

Flux Charts has great customer service, they also have good response timing, and my experience overall was great and they are trusted I support them!

Absolutely horrible customer service.

I wrote to both the email and discord support. Both initially replied very fast just to absolutely ghost me for now already 24h. I cannot trade without their help which I made very clear.

I signed up for a free trial that is followed by a subscription.
My bank blocked the payment at first and i had to unblock it in my banking system.
Fluxcharts wont accept my payment now, with a window popping up telling me to contact support.
Only for them to completely ghost me.
