Global Travel & Cruise Reviews

We wanted to book a Norwegian Fjord cruise so called in to our local Global Travel & Cruise shop. Clare was brilliant and really helpful. She managed to get us the exact cabin we wanted leaving from Liverpool. Both assistants were friendly and our cruise was booked in no time. Would highly recommend them.

Maria and the team at Global Travel are exceptional.
Maria is extremely knowledgeable about resorts and holidays ensuring all holidays are tailored to meet expectations.
We have used Global travel for many years now and cannot rate them highly enough for their commendable customer service and support in all aspects of choosing and booking holidays, never hesitating to go the extra mile.
Just back from Lanzarote it was a fabulous holiday

What a great experience when booking a holiday with Clare. It was my first time at Global Travel and Cruise and from the moment I walked in I was made to feel very welcome. Clare listened carefully and made notes about the kind of holiday I was looking for. She knew exactly what I wanted and soon came up with the right holiday, ticking all the boxes. She even rang the hotel in Sicily to discuss room arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt confident in booking with Clare and will definitely be returning to book future holidays.

Had a very pleasant booking experience with Clare at Global travel, Neston. Always very helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our holiday and can highly recommended them. Once again, thanks Clare!

We have just returned from a fantastic family cruise booked through Global Travel & Cruise and I could not recommend Maria and her team highly enough.

From the outset, Maria was absolutely brilliant. She made the whole booking process straightforward and stress free, kept in touch with us in the run up to the holiday to make sure we had everything in order, and even followed up afterwards to check that we had enjoyed ourselves.

We travelled as a family with our two young daughters and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. Having someone as knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely helpful as Maria looking after the arrangements made a real difference.

This is not the first time we have booked through Maria and it certainly will not be the last. The personal service she provides is exactly why we continue to go back to her.

Thank you again, Maria, for looking after us so well. We are already looking forward to the next one!

I called in for some information and Clare could not have been more helpful and guided me in the right direction giving me all the information I needed. I returned the following day and Anna helped secure my booking.
Could not have been easier …
Thank you so much.

The staff in the Neston branch are very welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. They are patient and very good at helping me decide which trip is best for me. I've got to know them now, and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Excellent service as usual

From the moment arriving in the travel shop alex was great from start to finish nothing was to much trouble 5 star credit to alex and the global travel shop even after booking paid alex kept checking the flights so we could choose seats above and beyond

Global travel is fairly new into Nantwich, and thought I’d try them out (I normally book online). We knew when we wanted to go, but were open to where. Alex was amazing. She took the time to understand the sort of thing we were looking for, and came up with a few options - places we hadn’t even considered. Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be going back for our next holiday.

We were looking for help booking our honeymoon so I went into the new Nantwich branch. From the start Alex was really helpful and informative and we finally got our dream holiday booked! Alex gave us lots of helpful advice and made the process simple and stress free.

Thank you to Maria for booking the exact trip we wanted at a discount and excellent transfer company.
