So i booked with umrah xpress, Hina dealt with my booking and she was great and when she was out of the office i spoke to Ahmed who was equally amazing. They alwys responded to my enquiries at all hours of the day, i enquired alot and they patiently dealt with me and answered me. I took my elderly parents and children and they got me a good deal, we unfortunately got caught up with the war situation in the middle east and our flights got cancelled a week before we were set to go, but Hina found me some flights via Istanbul with another airline with a small additional charge per person and we flew 2 days before we were supposed to go but alhamduliallah as i almost didnt get to go and now iv been we landed on eid day and we returned and even from Saudi Hina was replying to my message's about the hotel/transfers etc. Great company 100% recommend and i will be certainly using them again in the future if im destined to go back. We had 3 hotels in total, number 1 was voco, nice hotel but around 30 mins walk to the haram so was hard. We then switched to Emaar grand which was a 20 min walk atleast it was outdated and the staff were rude and not helpful. Our medinah hotel was Saja al madinah which was amazing, so close to the masjid from the back women's entrance the breakfast buffet was the best from the 3 and they had a microwave in reception so i used it for my littles ones food. Again booking with this company is highly reccomended you wont regret it. I got my transfers included in my package the company was good but the drivers were a bit rude, picked us late everyday again and just kept fishing for tips this was no fault of umrah xpress, u have bad and good experiences with everything.

Umrah Trip Experience and Appreciation To Brother Salman
Alhamdulillah, I had a very good Umrah trip with my family. I booked my package through Umrah Express, and the overall experience was excellent. Whenever I had any question or issue during the trip, the Umrah Express team was always available to help.
We were provided with private transport and a large comfortable car where all our luggage fit easily with the family. The hotels and breakfast in both Madinah and Makkah were very good and comfortable.
A special thanks to Brother Salman, who put in a lot of effort to arrange my Umrah package. I spoke with him for almost 6–7 months and asked many questions, but he was always patient, helpful, and never rude or frustrated. He would also check in every few days during the trip to ask if everything was okay or if we needed any help. May Allah SWT bless him with good health, happiness, and lots of barakah.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Umrah Express. They are authentic and I would rate them 10/10. InshaAllah, if you book with them you won’t face any problems during your journey.

From the very beginning, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
