Flybackindia.com Reviews

Booked a flight from Canada to India. First the ticket we paid for they said it had the wrong price and charged us 300 to 400 more dollars. Then asked if we wanted to make it a flexible ticket. We said ok paid extra for that and now when we want to change the day they want 360 extra for the date change. This site is a scam. No help at all. The worst experience. We had to call 2 times just for this. I can get more cheaper tickets right now from what we paid for. The worst experience ever. Never coming back here ever.

I got my tickets with a best deal

It was simple, smooth and I think I got the best deal. Thank you to Mark\Pawan for you assistance and service.

It was my second time booking tickets through Flyback and with Diksha Sharma. She is professional and understands the requirements well.
Overall, a good experience.

I have been enquiring about the flight deals over a week and was chatting with different agents (Rythm Thakur, Khushi Sran, Pooja, Michael Kors). Each one of them has been very humble, patient, informative and utmost helpful. I appreciate each one of them for their assistance in helping me out with the best customer experience from FlybackIndia.

I was exhausted after my 12hrs shift at work. However, I had to tick off the flight tickets booking from my “to do list”. That was when I got on to the call with Micheal Kors. It was the end time of his shift, but he extended it to complete my booking. He never lost his cool and dealt the last call like his very first call of the day; he answered all my questions and clarified all the concerns and helped me complete my booking. His patience is highly appreciated.
I’m happy and satisfied with the best deals FlybackIndia has to offer to its customers. I sincerely thank all the customer service representatives and FlybackIndia as a whole for all your great customer assistance.

Great customer service by Mark,
He Helped me get a better deal and saved a lot compared to other websites. I highly recommend flybackindia.com to get the most budget friendly options for your next flight.

Thanks a lot for your service.

We recommend Aashish Dinah as the best Agent.

My father uses this company for all of his travel needs, and we are very satisfied with the exceptional service. Elderly people enjoy an old-school, traditional travel agency-type feel, and this company delivers that whole also providing high-tech, reliable support. Our specific service agent, MICHAEL KORS, did a wonderful job on the phone with my father and me. He walked me through every stage of what he needed and made sure to protect our privacy as we shared sensitive information with him. He was also very honest and accessible via WhatsApp, telephone, and email. We really appreciated MICHAEL's service!

Ashish Rana thanks for helping us to find affordable tickets.

Excellent services provide by lady named Jot Kaur. Exceptional services by her. Throughout the process she was very calm and helpful and provided me all the details what I was keep asking her. She was searching flight for me for 2 days continuously to give me best flight and best connections with less time to fly from Canada to India and I just say Jot Kaur & his manager Ashutosh Sharma were exceptionally well in their work and of course Flyback India who really care about customer. One of the executive Pooja , she was very helpful and she was very polite in addressing the issues which I asked her. It was EST and late night for them but she still helped me to get the best quote . She was very caring and gave suggestions as I am traveling with infant. Will definitely refer you to my friends

Agent Rythm Thakur was very helpful and went out of her way to give us the best customer service. Very polite.

Fly back india web site just poped up while I was browsing for tickets booking. Initially i was skeptical to give it a go. It gave me substantial discount upfront, which did drag me onto booking with them. Their agent Rhythm was pretty clear and informative with her advice related to my booking. They helped me book my tickets throughout very patiently. Thanks Flybackindia for you assistance. I highly recommend them for your flight booking needs.
