My review is based on the service I got from your employee Ashish Dhiman. A very compassionate, good listener, well informed, helpful person. He took note of every concern/need I had and made sure I was comfortable with what he had to offer on my booking. Thank you very much Ashish and Flybackindia for ensuring you pick good employees. Take care of them, always. They make up the spine of the company. I am looking forward to a stress free travel and will recommend your company to anyone that needs to travel to India.

Good knowledge and good communication

So far the most convenient and straight forward booking experience I have. I am travelling with young family and senior citizen from Edmonton to Delhi and back to Edmonton. Also I always wanted to travel to England to see my long time friend's but ever got the opportunity in last 15 years. Sourav Gautam from flybackindia took my request seriously and in the first go found me an itinerary that exactly matches my requirement. Now thanks to him, I will get to see my friends after long time and also treat my family a london trip on our way back without incurring any excessive expense burden. If you need some one who listens , cares and delivers - its Sourav Gautam from flybackindia.
