Hi all
We have been served by professional staff of FLYBACKINDIA. We are very happy with the services of Ashish Rana. He is very polite and professional.
Thank you so much 🙏

Excellent, knowledgeable, courteous. Mark was punctual in response, quite through and detailed in work while booking our complex travel plan. He spent time with us, working on multiple combinations to ensure we get tickets on selected dates with minimum price.

Kirti was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She patiently answered all my questions and compared the pricing for all routes I suggested, gave me the best deal possible. Highly recommend.

Ms. Kirti was helping me to book the tickets for my parents. I had very specific and narrow search which means very few options are going to work for my parents. However, she helped me with all the information I needed and assured me the best deal. I have always been booking for my self and did not have full faith in booking through an agent as the changes could be more/ different on the credit card than promised or bad/ short connection or less luggage allowance etc. But I am very pleased with Ms. Kirti's generosity to patiently hunt for the right deal. She was able to find better deal through her skills and I would definitely recommend these guys for friends and family
