We gave a lot of thought to whether to include a printed manual. In the end, we chose to go digital via the QR code on the swing tag, which links directly to the user manuals and warranty registration. We felt this approach offered several benefits: it’s accessible from any device, easy to update, environmentally friendly, searchable, and more convenient for use on the move.
That said, we genuinely value every piece of feedback and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to develop future watches.

Flyer Watch-Horizon
After seeing Dave wearing his Flyer-Horizon, it didn’t take long before I ordered one for myself! Dave took the time to explain the watch range as well as the various options for straps. Of course, I ended up going for all three including a metal as well as both black/brown pinstripe straps. With the necessary tool included, making it possible to swap the strap yourself, this watch offers fantastic versatility. Excellent customer service and another happy customer!

Great service - Great watch
I had been looking for a while for a smart pilot oriented timepiece & heard about the FLYER zulu model in a pilot mag. With all the numerals easily readable , 24 hour clock on the inner dial and smart hour/minute/second hands the watch looks great and you wont find an easier one to read off. This firm ( like mine) is a pilot owned business for pilots - & that shows in this timepiece.

Exceptional service from The Flyer Watch Company.
Having seen The Flyer Watch Company for a while, I decided to get in contact to enquire about a couple of watches. David was soon to respond and he was so helpful, answering any queries I had. I really like the company and the good cause they do with some of the proceeds going into bursarys to support aspiring future pilots gain scholarships in aviation, and also helping people with disability take flight for the first time.
It was a pleasure to purchase a watch from them and the delivery was exceptionally quick. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic product from a fantastic company
Excellent personal service from David when we purchased our watch at the LAA Rally. Nothing was too much trouble and the promised additional strap was posted out promptly the next working week. He also included, free of charge, the tool to fit the new strap. The quality of the watch and leather strap are amazing and the value for money is exceptional. Came across Flyer watches at the Midlands air show.
Having looked at the Watches and chatting to David I was compelled to buy one.
The quality of the time pieces was excellent. The Flyer Command watch was my choice from the selection on offer and was lucky enough to have it brought for me by my soon to be wife.
Needed a bigger strap for my wrist which was delivered following week.
Excellent service all round and will purchase another in the future I'm sure.

Flyer Competition Winner
It would be remiss of me to start this by saying that winning a watch from Flyer has in no way affected this review having previously been a regular wearer of Citizen and Rotary watches I have to say that the Flyer Zulu has to be one of the best watches I've ever owned.
It's comfortable, keeps time perfectly and feels a lot more robust than other watches, you can perform external checks of an aircraft with it on and I don't worry about breaking the face or scuffing the case.
As a pilot myself, I am also acutely aware of this companies philanthropic interests with Aerobility and it is something which I wholly recommend influences your purchase.
The customer service from the team has been exceptional, the Zulu is a perfect time piece and looks the part at the flying club.
