Ordered a burger chips and 2 soda, charging R27 for a 300ml baby bottle of Fanta....... Really jou Fkn joking making money is one thing ripping the ass right out of your customers is something else...... This fanta cost at most R5....

My birds love flygrubs and you know what they say about a happy hen. Plus they get delivered to my house when I want.

Everything about Flygrubs has been exceptional, and my girls LOVE them too.

My girls love their grubs. Even the Mudd the duck comes running.

Easy ordering and fast shipping. Excellent product that we use to feed the bluebirds in our area.

I was surprised how fast my order came to my door,
a couple of days......wow. Never ran out of my supply!
Only down side...my dog likes to graze under the bird feeder for the grubs. Waiting to see if she will begin chirping!

We only received one box of grubs. The box we received was heavily taped as if it had been smashed.

Apparently delivered to the wrong address again! This time I never even got the product! I’ve complained multiple times to you to FedEx. They were delivering across the street and I don’t know if that’s where they delivered it this time but it said delivered and I didn’t get it, completely dissatisfied.

My girls love these and always come running. I've been using them for about 5 yrs now and go through a 5# box almost monthly.

A couple weeks ago I wrote requesting that my subscription be cancelled, and received an email that someone would get back to me, which never happened. So I sent a second cancellation request which was never answered. Yesterday I received a shipment which I do not need.
What’s up with your customer service????

I wrote many times that computer put wrong shipping address. Nobody got in touch with me and my order went to different place. I cannot correct on website correct address and it noway to find phone number to speak anyone. I cannot pay for things that I did not receive.

Customer service takes waaaay too long to get back to you (I promptly tried via email, their website's contact form, facebook, and instagram) and by the time they responded, it was already too late to do anything about the shipping address issue from the Shop Pay app auto-form filling the incorrect address. Flygrubs has no direct phone number, either, so basically I had to watch as days went by and then my grubs were ultimately shipped out to someone across the country instead of me. They were unapologetic about it even though there was plenty of time to intercept. Moving my business over to Grubbly Farms instead.
