At first I was sceptical due to some negative reviews but all my doubts cleared when i flew with them. Welcoming staff at the check-in counters, I had purchased 23kg but as my luggage weight was low, they asked me if i'd like to put my hand carry in the luggage too which i gladly did. Seats are spacious and comfortable too and good food. Will definitely fly with them again

Having flight phobia I must say this was the best flight i had in many year .i truly enjoyed the flight .best take off and landing even the weather was not favourable ,no turbulence .only one thing i didnt like about is that air hostess were in a rush
P.s booking process is user friendly and the call center staff are amazingly cooperative .

Good For domestic flights I found them on time... No delays or cancellations.... Just can add small cup of tea for even lowest price of flight..

While it has always been a good experience flying Fly Jinnah, one thing the Airline can improve on is to totally abolish the no refund policy. It's a harsh condition for passengers who are honest, law abiding tax payers of the country, who pay for their tickets from their own hard earned money and do not belong to the corrupt and elite class of the country. We r humans. We make mistakes, fall sick etc and can easily miss our flight. But your airline shows no mercy, compassion or remorse and imposes strict travel rules like this. Which is why u will never truly prosper.

I recently had an exceptional experience flying with Fly Jinnah, from the clean, neat, and tidy aircraft to the professional and attentive staff. The flight was on time, and I was impressed by the great variety of choices on the inflight menu, the very good quality of the food, and the inflight entertainment options that kept the journey engaging. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I would gladly fly with them again and highly recommend their services to others.

I was late to the airport but the staff namely bilal qayyum was very helpful considering I had already checked in online, he provided me with a boarding pass and let me reach just in time right before take-off. I am super grateful for the kind staff. The landing was so smooth and the coffee I ordered was also great. Excellent service.

The passenger next to my seat ordered coffee and subsequently once the cabin crew brought it the passenger realized they did not have cash and only had a card so the passenger apologized and asked them to take it back as there was no cash available but the cabin crew was compassionate enough to hand over the coffee to the passenger with no attitude and very gracefully said it is Not an issue we hope you choose FlyJinnah next time you travel as well. I think this is the difference.

Pathetic airline with pathetic management. Flight was delayed twice and than cancelled. They send to passenger to a hotel which had no electricity n spent the night while sitting out at cafe.
Be wise n don't choose Fly Jinnah.
Worst airline experience of my life.

Choose it primarily for its punctuality and in that regard was not disappointed; airplane was neat and clean and the cabin crew was assertive. The seats were a bit cramped but it was bearable considering the duration of flight. Upgrading to VALUE is recommended

Well my experience has always been very good And I always fly with this airline But this time I had a flight from Karachi to Peshawar on 1st August. So the boarding officers very verry misbehaved with me in front of my children. This time my husband was not with us, perhaps he took advantage of being a single woman. No one can even imagine such rudeness I was not going to complain twice but I passed on some issues, personal issues.I wanted to complain there but they did not let me go We would go for four paise and we would have four hands of curry and a big bag allowed Because I had paid for a big bag with the ticket. As a person does not know how much weight is there in his bag, then just because of a little excess weight, he gets rude to me despite my excuse and despite paying extra 4000. And instead he told me to go by train, you have no business here. Who told them whether we go by train or by air? Whatever price you charge for the ticket, we pay it for you . , so how can they misbehave with us and use such nonsense words?? He had started fighting to such an extent that those who said otherwise, take extra money from her or do cancel hr ticket and tell her to go in train.nd my children were seeing the fighting style of three men they were scared. ,And that's why those three male officers were fighting because why did i raise my voice very very bad experience

It was my first time travelling in fly Jinnah and air Arabia combined flight to London. I was really disappointed as the fare is really high and the services are not up to the standard. There’s no food provided in the fare being charged. Very low standard flight. The plan seats are worse than the bus seats and no entertainment system to keep kids busy. I will not fly with this air line again and will recommend anyone.

Neat and clean aircraf and a very decent, professional and cooperative staff. Flight went very smooth. Pilot appeared to be in good control of the aircraft. Thanks flyjinnah.
