Una stella non per il prodotto (che funziona molto bene) ma per la sordità dimostrata nella comunicazione. Mi spiego. Il prodotto (un oscilloscopio) è arrivato senza custodia (che era prevista nella confezione). Parliamoci chiaro, una custodia da pochi euro. I molteplici tentativi di contatto sono rimasti, tutto malgrado, infruttuosi.
Allestirò il mio laboratorio presso altre aziende.

I bought a NVS-40 night vision infrared but it didn't work. I cannot start it. I tried a different USB-cable to load the internal battery and this could load the NVS-40 and I could start it but shortly after starting it says "mass storage".
I checked the inserted 32GB flash card on my laptop and I could format it and store something on it. It's formatted as FAT32. I tried also to format it as ExFAT with the same result.
Update:
The battery of the NVS-40 has to be charged via a charger, not from a laptop, then it works fine (this info was given by the customer support of FNIRSI).

I bought a scope (DPOS350p) and was not happy with it. I have tried to issue a return for a month now but the customer service is not responding at all. Absolutely awful!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE

Ordered the HS-02A soldering iron with the portable toolbox from them on Thu, June 12. The product is well built and at 65€ (without the power adapter) a fair price. Customs is included for most EU states, so you should be good on that front. However, shipping from China to Germany was slow and it only arrived on Sat, June 28, although that is within their stated delivery time of 15-25 business days. Tracking from PostNL was nonexistent in the first 1.5 weeks and it looks like you'll only see updates once the package arrives in the EU. If you're able to wait it out and trust them, there's no reason not to order from them, though.

Same happened to me.
Ordered on 27.04. Package was sent out fast according to tracking.
On 08.05 I got a notification about a delivery exception (package did not yet leave china). Contacted fnirsi 3 times (08.05 / 13.05 / 23.05) without ever getting an answer or a sign of life.

Probably better to not buy there.

Update August 2025:
After several additional emails and reminders, I finally got the product. The product itself is ok.
The customer service is not. They should better use their resources to answer customer requests than generating pressure for changing / removing trustpilot reviews.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed on March 8 for a soldering iron, which I have not yet received. I initially contacted Fnirsi support team on April 17 seeking an explanation, and I was informed that Fnirsi would follow up with the local carrier. However, I have yet to receive any further updates or resolution.
Since then, I have attempted to contact Fnirsi support team twice more, but I have not received any response. It feels as though I am being ignored, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability.

DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCT ON THEIR SITE

They're a little unclear in how they ship pre-orders, but boy are their products good. The DSO-TC3 is marvelous, and I'm excited for the next version that I have on pre-order now.

Comprato oscilloscopio/tester 2c23t funziona solo che legge valori sbagliati, fa anche vedere valori diversi misurando più volte una impedenza, a quel prezzo ci sono prodotti ben migliori della concorrenza

Acquistato saldatore hs02 ha funzionato giusto 5/6 volte per poi smettere. Sostituito con un'altro che funziona bene.
