‘The organisation reflect through its ability because of employees only’ . We started getting mortgagee advice from Gopika nearly three months ago. She is the wonderful resource and great asset to the team, she is an nice and interactive person helped us getting decision in principle at first.This firm quite fabulous in terms of process ,they are reasonably good team of members and well managed structure . They are very transparent in the process and collecting data. Whenever we spoke to Gopika , she is brilliant in answering to us (new buyers) and careful on listening to others . Now finally we got a mortgage offer , I am so happy in our process of purchasing the new home. Sometimes we often panicked after submitting application , she gave lots of confidence and comfort. Simultaneously well co-ordinated with lenders.

We never had an issue in the process or her commitments towards clients. Sometime even i reached weekends , she is very polite and answerable. I must thank her effort and tireless support. Even i repeatedly asked already answered questions, she is explaining again and made me understood.

About this company works for people who want to buy a new home or insurance, right away my recommendation would be 5 stars to the team. They are pretty much have gone across of lots of scenario , if anyone asks questions about new home buying. even you will get initial solicitor advice from the mortgagee team. I have interacted many number of mortgage brokers and agencies, they are hopeless. This company achieved my 100% expectation . Definitely this firm will grow much bigger and wishing the team for success.

Provided best advice, clear information and various options when we were confused after discussions with various mortgage advisors. We almost dropped the plan of buying a house and were about to wait a couple more years because of high deposit requirements as we were new to Uk. Mrs Monie Shijo, provided clearer understanding of various options and helped us secure mortgage with lower deposits and best interest rates.
The team didn't charge anything for their service where other advisors provided quotes with a high service charge.

We had two mortgage applications done from them and we had amazing experiences with both the applications. Ash was so good in explaining everything prior to applications so that we were able to submit all the documents on time and we received the mortgage offer within few weeks and when the mortgage rates reduced, he re applied them and provided us with amended offer with no cost at all for all the amazing services he provided. It is very hard to find mortgage advisors like Ash who always goes above ans beyond to give you best deal for no cost whatsoever. We recommend him to all the friends, family and anyone who is in need to mortgage for the first family home or buy to let investments.
