I recently purchased a new camper that has a InstaShower 7 tankless water heater. This is the first time I have had a tankless, so I am not yet familiar. I am from the northeast and had just winterized my camper. I had reached out to Fogatti support via WhatsApp to get some clarification on winterization prior to closing up the camper for the winter. What impressed me was the willingness to call me direct and discuss my questions immediately which I was surprised and pleasantly surprised. In the same response they provided my answer to my question that I needed so there was no need for them to call me but the fact they were so willing to speak to me live regardless was very good customer service in my opinion. I have to say this water heater has worked flawlessly and is very easy to operate. The winterization process is simple, and I am glad I have this tankless water heater. The support provided makes this package even better. Thank you Fogatti customer support team!!

We purchased 2 InstaCool Pro180 model AC units and an InstaShower 8 Plus tankless water heater for our DIY Bluebird schoolbus RV conversion. The tankless water heater works great. The ac units are so quiet you can hardly hear them running even in turbo mode. The built-in LED light is awesome with the dimming feature. The app has worked well so far and it's nice to be able to set the temperature from anywhere. Fogatti's customer service is phenomenal. One of the ac units came with a cracked cover. I called on a saturday at 5pm and got a new one Tuesday before lunch with absolutely no hassle. We would highly recommend this company for any rv or custom build.
