DON"T USE THIS WEBSITE

DON"T USE THIS WEBSITE. I tried to book a fly with this website. It showed me cheap fair, the flight timing was good for me. When I booked the flight, I saw the booking wasn't confirmed and e-ticket wasn't issued. Called their customer support, they said I am on the waiting list not confirmed, plus there are restriction with this ticket. I can't take any luggage, even a carry on, and it is non refundable ticket.
None of these was showing on the booking page. Then charge me over $250 to upgrade my ticket to be able to have the same flight with carry on, and confirm ticket.
This is a scam website. I strongly recommend NOT to use this website. Their customer support wasn't helpful at all.

This was not a good experience not…

This was not a good experience not because of the agents but because of the changes to my tickets causing me to have to pay $300 more for baggage because it’s a new airline all together with a different policy for bags as well of the comfort level of the aircraft. I am going to a funeral of my father in laws so not a good trip already. The price is right but not knowing what’s actually going on is not worth the stress that price has brought at this difficult time. I gave 5 only because it’s not the agents problem.Do better..

I was unhappy with the Bait and Switch…

I was unhappy with the Bait and Switch with the advertised price. I was not happy with being trapped to the new price. My credit card denied the extra charges. Once I got that cleared up I called back and left on hold for a long time, then hung up on. Once I was able to get through I was able to clear up the problem. I received many call backs to reassure me about confirmation, and confirmation on my seat request for my daughter. That was very helpful and that has improved my feelings towards my experience.

WARNING

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM FOGGFLY!!!
I strongly advise against booking flights through FoggyFly. This company demonstrates fraudulent and deceptive business practices. After completing my reservation for my wife, a representative named Carlos contacted her asking for additional payment before her flight could supposedly be confirmed. Additionally, she would not be able allowed to bring a personal bag or suitcase and the flight would need to upgraded to allow that.
When I requested to cancel the reservation that I made less than an hour after booking, I was told it could not be canceled and that I would lose the $215 already charged to my card. Carlos then asked for another credit card to process an additional fee of $396.40 before he could “check seat availability.” I refused and asked to speak with a supervisor.
I was transferred to Max, who falsely claimed the issue was due to a limit on my American Express Platinum card. He later stated that Carlos had attempted to book a standby flight, something never disclosed to me. Both representatives were unprofessional and misleading throughout the interaction.
Based on my experience, FoggyFly engages in unethical practices and appears to be operating a scam. Do not use this company under any circumstances!
