It has been okay
It has been okay. We haven't had as much communication from any type of account manager or customer success specialist. When I first signed up, there was someone assigned to introduce me to the product but that was about it.
It's easy enough to navigate for simple things but it would have been nice to have someone dedicated that explains how to set up complex dashboards and explain different aspects of the platform.
I am using a lot of time to figure things out on my own whereas other platforms have been a lot more involved in assisting us.
