While they fixed my laptop, my laptop’s keyboard lights stopped working. Also they lost my laptop charger and gave me a replacement. But my laptop charger was for Australia, and had a converter plug.... Toon meer

I would never go to this place again or recommend to anybody. This situation was at the store 3 Kings Head Yard, London Bridge Station, London SE1 1NA. Their staff member was very rude and abusive to me because I didn’t want to sell him my phone I bring to have repaired. When I bring in my Nokia N95 for repair and your staff member was covering for the owner of the store that’s what he said to me as the owner was away somewhere, the staff member offered to buy the phone from me. I said it’s not for sale. There was another staff member (female) sitting down next to the man that was serving me who asked me to buy my phone when I said no, he looked at his colleague the (female) and because she wasn’t looking in the same direction as him when serving me, (he stuck his middle finger at me) I did not reply with the same gesture because I am better than that and professional after I left my phone. I was walking out of the building and he follows me whispering stuff into my ear with his dirty breath trying to provoke me for a reaction) again I did not react and left the store after collecting my phone. I receive an email from the store saying (My colleague forgot to charge you the VAT Total Due: £13.20 You can pay for this when next in store or by BACS using the details on the invoice.) email was from Faisal Sheikh and Cc: Atif Kazmi in the email. I don’t know if it was your colleague who was disrespectful and rude to me but you need to speak with your disrespectful nasty colleague to have manners and respect for customers because one day he’s going to be disrespectful to someone and they are going to give him a reaction he will never forget. your staff member is a low life, low class tramp, nasty, abusive, disrespectful, bully, unprofessional with no manners or respect whatsoever looking for a fight with customers for no reason whatsoever only because he didn’t get his own way. I will never recommend anyone going into dodgy unprofessional stores and encourage everyone to bring your phone to actual stores who sell and repair your phone that will fix it with all genuine parts and you have guarantee for example, like the Apple store and most importantly you are treated with manners and respect and have guarantee!!.

Setting up a time slot for next day was easy; I then got an email with an approximated price.
They came to collect from my work, brought it back, said they managed to fix it and not exchange the damage part, so charged me the lower range of the estimate via card reader. Honest and the whole thing was cheaper and quicker than iSmash. Perfect experience.

Someone knocked me over and my mobile screen broke. They came the next day picked up my phone whilst I was attending a conference and brought it back in a few hours. I was amazed by the excellent service! Keep up the good work guys

Love these guys. They've saved me one more than one occasion. Phoned at midday, told to come in by 3pm and allow 2hrs. Got there at 2pm, done by 3.30pm.
Samsung screen smash too, at a very reasonable price. Almost granted me justification for the release I got when I threw my phone in the first place, after yet another heinous call with the debt enforcement officer. :)
These guys are your friends. Top chaps to boot!

I had come across this company today when I smashed my phone during work hours and needed an instant repair. They were so helpful and I got an appointment within two hours. They even offered to pick up my phone from my office to save time. All fixed and returned to me the same afternoon. Incredible customer service and the gentleman who served me (apologies I didn’t catch his name) was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. If I ever have a tech issue again I know who to call. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with my phone whereby the battery ran out and no charger no available would charge the handset. I came across Fone Doctors and they said I could go for a walk-in at their London Bridge office.
After a small consultation, I was contacted four hours later to say the phone was ready and I was informed that my charging port had broken.
Very good prices and added a screen protector for half price!
I even recommended a work colleague on Friday to go there and he was happy with their service.
Great work and keep it up.

had a battery replacement done requested for the bms to be transferred and they said they can do it then they couldn’t do it I was quite confused as I’ve had this same repair done before with another phone then got the phone back with the error battery message which I had to live with which the whole reason I picked fonedoctor as they did message me back saying they can do it or otherwise wouldn’t have gone to them but once I got my phone back had to give it back in a few times as my phone didn’t last as much pretty much lasted the same amount of time with my previous battery with was around 60% capacity also after giving it in for warranty work still made no difference was without my phone for 3 weeks or so also was missing the bottom two screw which I had to go and source new ones then eventually had to go get a new phone as the phone would just not last a decent amount of time making my iPhone XS perform way better than the 11 Pro .Customer service was great kind people

Really easy service, quick and put me at ease. Great location at Liverpool St. especially as my office was around the corner they went that extra mile and picked it up as they were going past my building and as I was on leave and one of the staff members lived near me went that extra mile and dropped it to me.
