Super Good Experience
The overall process was super quick. The front desk consultant, Adam, was very helpful and took in my Samsung Galaxy Buds FE and got it back fully fixed with the buds replaced in 1 day. This will be my first option if any of my other gadgets stop working.

Rip off and incompetent
Phone didn't charge suddenly for not user-related reason. They wanted 169 euros without explanation. I went to a local shop and got fixed for 7 euros.

Adam Morton was the one to take care of my phone and from the first time i came in with my broken phone he treated me with nothing but enthusiasm & professionalism. He also made an effort to hear out my concerns and remember me which made the process so much more delightful. Highly recommend him and the shop overall. My phone was fixed in less than 2 days!

I left my wife’s phone in with them, what a great service. I was dealing with Adam in the Sandyford branch, a great guy and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He displays a great technical knowledge combined with excellent professionalism.

Can't recommend highly enough
Can't recommend highly enough. Was dealt with by a chap called Adam. Took his time to explain everything regarding the repair process. Received updates by text and final message when phone was ready. This is the Brown Thomas service.

Avoid Such awful service I booked my phone…
Such awful service I booked my phone into be same day repaired took my payment I travelled over an hour to store then to wait around at reception for 20 mins until someone arrived from out back . They explained my phone wouldn’t be fixed until tomorrow. Then another man came out and said that they don’t have iPhones backs as apple don’t give them and it would be over a week, I explained why allow me to book in my phone he said it was too expensive to change on website and they are closing down next month and no longer doing apple. It’s unacceptable they willingly took my €206 and will now have to wait up to 10 days for refund. I left my number for owner or manager to call and to my suprise no call. I would avoid and not waste your time. I was very frustrated as staff couldn’t answer my questions and felt like they were lying as one contradicted the other. They were clearly under staffed as it was mentioned by one staff member so that’s why they didn’t fix my phone.

Adam was fantastic! He was extremely helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done. I dropped off my phone for a replacement on Friday, and by Monday it was ready for pickup. I’m truly impressed with the speed and quality of the service at Fónfix.

I had visited a few apple retailers before to see about my repair and the customer service was terrible. They just weren’t interested in dealing with me. But Adam at Fonfix sorted it in no time.

I visited Fonfix Sandyford for the first time with an issue charging my brand new Samsung. Adam was fantastic! He saw me as a drop in, checked everything throughly and explained the process clearly. He explained i would need the port replaced and as it was Friday evening, he asked to make sure I'd be ok for the weekend. I dropped my phone off to him on Monday morning and he couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Adam put my mind as ease by explaining what would happen very clearly and made every accommodation to make sure I would be able to collect the phone around my working schedule. I received texts throughout the day and he called me to make sure I knew the phone was ready for collection. I could see Adam had several customers and was busy, yet he had a way of making you feel like you are the only customer that day. Highly recommend.

Charging port repair
Had to bring my phone down for what I thought was charging port repair/replacement i was greeted by Adam who immediately checked my phone and now repair/ replacement needed all he had to do was clean out the charging port I had already paid for repair but as none needed he said he would organise a refund, I can only say about Adam he was very helpful and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, tks Adam review by Dave Harrington
