Food Safety First Reviews

Food Safety First staff were extremely helpful throughout the course. The online platform was easy to access and allowed me to complete the training at my own pace. The staff were very supportive and responsive, providing excellent assistance over the phone and via email whenever I needed help. I would highly recommend Food Safety First to anyone looking for flexible and professional training.

The positive of this course was that it was self paced. There appeared to be a lot of repetitive information that was covered stretching the course out to be very lengthy, consuming quite a lot of time to get through it.

Well explained lessons. Easy to find your way around the course. Quick responses Wish more courses were like this.

Convenient. Customer service is also available readily except Sunday which is acceptable. Overall good experience.

Very informative course. Information very thorough through all sections. I would recommend you take notes throughout!!

The Responsible Service of Alcohol Online Course sets very clear, demonstrative challenges and tasks; both informative and always assisted whenever needed. I had enjoyed my time completing this course as I gained knowledge and experience that I will implement in future career opportunities.

Course was easy to apply for and so convenient to complete at my own pace. Course materials were thorough and well put together and content was appropriate.

The course is really easy to follow and the option of online support whenever you need it is great, although I never needed to use it. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone that needs to gain their qualifications. The cost is very reasonable as well.

Food Safety First was the perfect company to complete my Food Supervisor course. The course itself was easy to navigate, user friendly and very informative. The staff were very helpful, insightful and happy to help.
Highly reccommended.

Great, informative and quite in-depth course with excellent content. So easy to log in and out of whilst completing the course.

Fantastic service. Well recommended

I Joanne Williams appreciate the support and help during my course, I don't think I would of got through this if I didn't have the support, everyone was amazing thank you from the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you all
Keep up the amazing work you all do,😊

The dynamic nature of the training was great and really engaging. The feedback provided for the video assessment was really helpful. The phone support I needed was also really useful. Thank you for a great training course and wonderful experience.

Comprehensive course, easy to follow and complete.

Really quick response times and even processed my qualification on a weekend
Nice self paced and easy to navigate course

Good course, if I had any questions I was lucky to speak with John who helped me each time. Thanks John

I actually found the whole process , very easy has you were very helpful and I was allocated a person that would help me and I can say every time that I sent an email I would have an immediate reply or thereabouts. I just like to say thank you so much and I would well and truly recommend you.

I am a volunteer bar person at our local RSL. The RSL opens each Friday afternoon for 3 hours and we serve alcoholic drinks so a RSA qualification is required, even when the time is limited. I found the course to be straight forward, but was worried about performing on video. I enjoyed both modules and also received good advice when I encountered a problem.

I loved the self paced learning. I was able to come back to the course at my convenience. It wasn't too easy meaning it wasn't just a tick and flick experience. I had to learn & listen as I went and I learnt a lot!
