My cleats came, the new lamine yamal heart breaker. Came with everything the baggy extra insoles. Definitely would recommend. And shipping is actually pretty good, takes about like a week or less.

Great price and the website has a great…

Great price and the website has a great selection. Did not give it 5 stars since for deliveries to the US it gets held up by customs at the border. I think the Foot Store could speed up the process if they provided the information customs then requested from me already when they ship a product.

Possible counterfeit product and issue with return process

The soles on both football boots have come out of place, within only a few uses. They have ended up sliding to the heel or more than one occasion and I have had very bad blisters. Unable to complete return form for inexplicable reason (asked me to upload "At least 2 photos in JPEG format" when I already have).

US customs…

My package has been flagged at customs and I have not received it. FedEx has informed me they have reached out to your organization for more information to get it cleared, but they have not heard back.

Lamine yamal cleats

My cleats came, the new lamine yamal heart breaker. Came with everything the baggy extra insoles. Definitely would recommend. And shipping is actually pretty good, takes about like a week or less.

This company really has terrible…

This company really has terrible customer service. I’m from the US and it’s very frustrating to email and not speak to anyone over the phone regarding my items.

I spent over 700$ in merchandise in one order. When I received my package ( 18days later) I didn’t receive everything I ordered.

I emailed them and put in a ticket on the website and all they keep saying is the package was delivered, when I never said I didn’t receive the package, I literally put in all 6 emails I sent them, that I received the package but I’m missing items.

They continue to send the same response

I was looking for the away kit of OGC…

I was looking for the away kit of OGC Nice and it was really hard to find. Luckily, I found it at Foot Store. It was a fantastic experience, the jersey is beautiful, and I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.
