Incomplete order, but now fulfilled
I ordered 2 mug and coaster sets but only 1 was delivered. I contacted the company 3 times (once by email, twice I submitted the online ‘contact us’ form) but it took a while to get an acknowledgement. I appreciate that this is a busy time of year but I was beginning to get anxious. Happily, the missing mug arrived in time for Christmas and I am pleased with the quality.

Hi Phil, Apologies that no one has got back to you sooner, please don't feel anxious as we have put you another one in the post which will be with you in time for Christmas. As a small business we have had an unprecedented number of orders this Christmas & so sadly mistakes do happen & we can only apologise for this, we will put this right for you though.
Missing item
Ordered 2 of the same key rings. Only 1 arrived. Not easy way to contact other than reply to email order confirmation, and then no response
