Delivery quick but product yet to be opened, it’s for a husband’s Christmas gift .

Arrived very quickly and well packaged.
It is for a Christmas present so unable to comment further but I am anticipating a good response from my grandchildren who are keen football fans and enjoy visiting away grounds.

Ordered one map 6 Weeks ago, but I never received nothing. I tried to contact via E-Mail, but they cannot receive any Emails. Tried to call, didn’t work either.

I ordered something 3 weeks ago and paid with Paypal. I haven't heard anything since then, no confirmation, no email that there are problems with the shipment. No response to my emails. I think this is a fake shop and I will never receive my order.

You didn't send me anything. We ordered 3 maps and nothing delivered. It's annoing and have to look to get back my money.
To all people: Don't order here. It's not trustful.

Wann kommt endlich meine Bestellung? Mittlerweile sind 10 Tage vergangen und es wurden 2-3 versprochen.

Never received the map I paid for.

Bestellung nach Deutschland. Ich habe meine Bestellung am 24.07.24 aufgegeben. Bis heute, 13.08.24, ist diese noch nicht versendet worden. Bei Nachfragen per Mail kam keine Reaktion. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Order to Germany. I ordered at 07/24/2024. Until today (08/13/2024) my order isn't ship to me. Mails with my questions aren't response. I'm very disappointet.

Product not as advertised. Emailed - no response. Phoned - no answer.

Very unimpressed!

Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences. I was mistakenly sent a different scratch off map than the one I had actually ordered. The map was intended as a gift, but unfortunately this gift was rendered unusable by the wrong map. Despite several attempts via various communication channels to contact the footballstadiummaps team and ask for an exchange, I have still not received any feedback.
Instead, I continue to receive regular emails asking me to rate my order. The bottom line for me is that the money is gone, I couldn't hand over a decent gift and I wasn't offered an alternative. Very disappointing!

I placed an order in February and it was sent 2 times and never deliverd.
I am asking myself the question if it's even has bees send.

Ordered a Football map for my son for Christmas when opened on Christmas morning. It was a rugby stadium map. Have emailed numerous times to get this resolved. Unfortunately still waiting now in April do not buy.

I purchased 3 football stadium maps as I thought they were a bit pricey at £20 each plus p&p . i decided as they had a buy 2 get 1 free deal I thought they would make good presents for friends.i wasn't disappointed one bit they turned up quickly I was kept informed by email and text and each 1 came separately in its own individual tube well packaged. I opened my one up straight away and am really impressed with my purchase and incidentally it is well worth the original £20 .would happily recommend to any footie fan 👍
