Love the crocs. Shopping did however take a lot longer than planned.

Shoes came fast no long wait time than I imagine will order another pair again

Ordered two pairs of shoes. I ordered a size 5 US as live in US. They sent me wrong UK/European size (size 40).

Shoes looked like crocs online but they ARE NOT CROCS in reality and takes at least 4 weeks to get shoes

They are advertising them as Hey Dudes but they are clearly a knock off and not Hey Dudes. Attempts to reach out and have them rectify the situation have gone unanswered.

The process was perfect. there was a small problem at first but they stepped up right away and fixed it. great to deal with . love my new shoes

It took a while but had great updates and great product!

I ordered a size 3 in a girls crocks. They sent the wrong size but insisted they sent the correct size. You would not let me return them so I had to eat $52.85. You said you’d give a small refund but i never received it. It was a birthday gift so i had to purchase another pair which put me out over $100.00 for one pair of crocks. I would never, ever order from this company again.

My package took forever to be delivered. I had to email several times. I could have bought these shoes from another company and I wish I did. I won't be ordering here again.

First time they were way to big so I had to reorder. 2nd time got the complete wrong item delivered to me. They won't take either item back. They were supposed to be for a birthday present that was months ago! Complete disappointment

I ordered a US size C12 for my son and I got a seven. They are claiming that that is not the case because it’s tailored made. They are refusing to replace the product and offered half off as if I would like to purchase something else when this happened. These shoes are outrageously priced for crappy service.

Never received my package nor a confirmation of a tracking number or anything.. and I still haven't gotten my order.

My order size was wrong and you guys wanted to only refund me half the money after I make another purchase and what world would I do that when I didn't get the right product the first time I'm not going to waste money a second time

Scam. Wrong products received. Did not fix the problem. Horrible company with poor service and products.

Paid for shoes that were to be a Christmas gift in 2024. Never arrived. They said I couldn’t receive a refund but would ship a replacement pair my March 1-3. No shoes still. These folks are horrible. Thieves.

Product was as advertised, good quality and a fair price.
