No reply from customer service no tracking number. Contacting our bank to reverse payment. Don't purchase from these clowns

Biggest bunch of scammers ever have not even received my order they do not even reply to emails are actually just full of crap take your money and don’t even get your order

If I could give 0, I would! 100% scam!!! Nowhere on their site does it say the jerseys are ‘replicas’, so you think you’re getting an awesome deal only to find it’s a fake!! Quality is shit! Temu quality!! Logos/badges you see in pics and think are legit, are actually printed and not sewn on. NRL tag is missing official holographic sticker. Material is almost mesh like-very thin. 100% not jerseys quality.

And when I contacted them to return and get a refund because of the quality, they came back with this: “These are official fan replicas hence the difference in price, for the kid's styles its the same jersey just printed logos and a slightly different fit.”
Notice how now they want to state it’s a replica, but there is no mention of replica anywhere on site. Site reviews are also obviously a scam 🤦🏽‍♀️ Hard lesson learnt.

They’re basically a drop shipping company pretending to be in Australia that sell fake $15 jerseys and have them made and shipped to you from a whole other country, so expect a long wait? They don’t mention on their website that they’re fake so you think you’re getting a deal but could have brought the same fake jersey for $15 while they’re charging a 500% mark up. Kinda impressed with the scam tho tbh

Copy and paste most of the other 1 star complaints here cause it's exactly the same. 3 weeks waiting for a delivery notification, no response with them. Absolutely ridiculous

Did not get an OA or tracking
Luckily I paid with Afterpay so I should get my money back

2 weeks, I have been waiting for a responce on my order, no communication has yet to be made.

Ordered/Paid on 28th July & am still waiting for my item!! Tracking has NOT been updated since! Emailed them, to which they replied with a Tracking link...once again, has NOT been updated! They say they are in Australia, but are NOT!! Now I am not getting a response from them. I have lodged complaints to ACCC, Dept of Fair Trade & the Ombudsman to get my money back.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Untrustworthy and poor customer service.
Purchased 1 shirt, took them 15 days to ship, numerous emails later the customer service team claimed the shirt was shipped the day after purchase,
Contacted Australia Post and this was not true.
It took 23 days to receive!

It's been 16 days still no parcel no communication tracking doesn't tell you anything. Would not recommend this company wish I had read other reviews first my bad.

Waited 22 days for delivery. But the quality is amazing. Wish I could of sent it back I got Warriors jerseys and they run really small. I suggest if wanting loose fit at least go up 3 sizes. I got a personalised one and it didnt fit and went up a size

Sells replica products that are shipped from overseas. Makes no mention on their website that these items are fakes.

Happy with my order, although it took a little longer to arrive very happy with the jerseys can't really complain about the shipping times at this price.

Be very careful before ordering anything from this store. They will not exchange any clothing which isn’t the right size. Now I have a Jersey that doesn’t fit me and their Customer Service won’t help. If this was made clearer in the T&Cs, I would never have ordered in the first place.

I would not recommend using them. Initially sent someone elses jersey and then the blame was laid on the delivery company for giving me the wrong package even though I could provide and image with my name and address with the wrong tracking number. Communication then stopped and it was not until I lodged a payment dispute that miracously the jerseys were delivered within 24hours however I had already had to go and purchase the two elsewhere. Zero customer service and communication
