I never leave negative reviews as I know the impact they can have on a Business. However I don't know what other option is available to me.

Forceget lost one of my shipments on the 5th of February 2025. Since then I have been chasing for a solution and gotten nowhere. It takes 2-3 emails in order for me to get any reply, even though 4-5 emails are cc'd in to the thread.

I used forceget for 2-3 years and they started off fantastic! I don't know what has happened in the past 6-12 months but they have now become exhausting to deal with. A real drag on running my Business.

Always willing to change a review if things change, but I have little hope.

I sent in a few shipments, they arrived in their warehouse on time, after arriving in their warehouse it took weeks before they shipped it into amazon FBA (while I requested it immediately) they did not respond any of my calls or messages. Now They keep calling me to sell their services while I told them so many times they should never call me anymore. Spam!

Their transparent pricing system for air express is impactful. No hidden fees, just clear upfront costs – making budgeting for international shipping easier.

The Forceget team is professional, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure our shipments arrive on time and in perfect condition.

They never respond to your messages if there is any issue with shipments. Unless they try to sell you some of their new services refundget. Then they will call you, e-mail you (even on my personal e-mail, how did they even get their hands on that?), reach out to you on linkedin every day if they get the chance. Even after asking them to stop every time, they don't care and just continue spamming you.

Amazon used to delay receiving my goods for up to 2 weeks before because I used my supplier’s freight forwarder which did not provide any BOL or POD. Forceget directly uploads any document I need to their platform. Happy to use them.

One of my friends that sells on Amazon recommended Forceget and I’m greatly satisfied with their service. My account rep handles everything directly, rest is found on the platform.

Had a really smooth onboarding process with them 3 months ago. I’ve had over 20+ international orders with them LCL, FCL & Air so far. All process had been really smooth, and their team is professional to assist my team.

Do yourself a favor and work with someone who cares about your business and doesn't price gouge. From false logistical promises to holding inventory after payment for processing times, I don't recommend Forceget.

Forceget has been our primary vendor for our shipments for more than a year. Their team is full of professionals that handle the process smoothly. Online platform is handy for us as we get to make forecast of our discounts, and they also accept credit card.
