Will not honor return for sending incorrect part

I used the web sites part search for a replacement fuel cap. Searched by VIN# and by Year,Make, Model, Trim and Engine. Both filters came up with the same part so I ordered it. Received it after several days and it did not fit. Apparently the 2022 F350 7.3 has two different fuel caps based on production date.
Ford Parts Giant refused my return as it was not a returnable part, even though they sent me the wrong part for my truck.

Ordered Shocks and struts

Ordered Shocks and struts. Got an email that Fedex is charging an extra $114 dollars for hazardous materials to ship. I have ordered literally over 50 shocks, and NEVER had them considered hazardous. Called them, and they stood their ground. I paid to get these, but it's my last order ever from here. They shipped one other shock separately, guess what? Yes, not hazardous. Someone is making pocket money.
Just got another email today asking for another 114 dollars for shipping due to shocks being odd sized. Lol, tracking all of this. Will be interesting to see what that's about. Almost 300 dollars to ship 4 shocks is highway robbery!

Part missing from order in their sealed…

Part missing from order in their sealed package. Took them 3 weeks to investigate and now they're saying tough, we sent it. I opened the box myself and sorted through the parts, it was not in the box that was originally sealed from their location. Yeah, last time doing business with these dishonest charlatans.

If I could give half a star

If I could give half a star, it would still be too much. Order a part that literally says it is a kit, only to receive one item. Ask the automated assistant, and it says yeah, you didn't get all of the items. Contact CS and get told that I only ordered the one piece. Ok, fine, I want to return it because there is no way I am paying more for it when I can get the full part elsewhere cheaper. CS says sure, pay for shipping and & the restock fee. DESPITE this being their false advertising and crap service.

April 22, 2026 - ONLY after leaving a bad review here and filing a dispute on Paypal did they offer to waive the restock fee. However it seems they are still charging something as they only offered a partial refund. This is how they do business. I don't know how you expected I would remove or improve this review when this is how you operate over a truly inexpensive item.

Supplied Part Didn't Fit

Ordered a Transmission Filter for 2022 Ford F150. Received the product in a timely manner but when I removed the existing Filter the designs did not match. The mounting tabs were located incorrectly. I requested an RMA 0n 2/17/26. FPG requested photos which I provided that same day. I finally received a determination on 4/2/26, 45 days and numerous inquiries later, that "Upon further verification with the parts specialist, they have advised the part sent is the correct part. The number stamped on the part is the engineering number". However, I obtained the Ford Part Number from FPG's lookup tool so if it was the wrong part # that should be FPG's problem. The part they supplied simply doesn't fit. Now I'm stuck with a $90 part that I cannot use.
Bottom line recommendation: Do not buy from Ford Parts Giant UNLESS it is a Ford Part that is otherwise unavailable locally. Even then I would use one of the other Ford specialty retailers rather than Ford Parts Giant!
In response to FPG’s Reply, the part I’m question is a transmission filter, NOT an electric component. The filter is in unused condition suitable for resale.

The parts weren’t in stock and had to…

The parts weren’t in stock and had to be filled thru ford. So it took extra time for the order. Then my order was shipped usps. So I’ve watched my order go from Lubbock past Kansas City to Chicago where it has sat. USPS says today delivery but that doesn’t seem likely. All of this is outside your control. My last order I ordered from Tasca and then your company 3 days later and your order arrived 1st. To my surprise.

Profit over life.

They sent me the wrong seatbelt. For what vehicle I do not know but, not mine.
They would not correct their mistake to accept the uninstalled seatbelt and send me what I bought.
Their profit matters more than my life.
To be clear, I did not receive what I ordered.
I contacted the State Attorney General 's office and still they were unwilling to budge.
Again, profit over life when THEY made the mistake.
