This is my go to for currency exchange. Have sent them many different shipments and always receive exactly what I was expecting.

Per their website on if I will receive a receipt.
Yes. After we finish processing your package we will send you a receipt to the email address you provided. It will contain a detailed list of the breakdown of your package and the payout per item.
I never received a receipt just a pay out. I belive that I might not have been paid for some of the items sent.

I was out of the country for work. I cut my trip two weeks short due to omicron concerns. So I had a lot of money left leftover. I was happy to see this company online accepted Argentine Pesos, but I was nervous just mailing money. So I sent a small amount to test. It was great, and they sent venmo upon receiving it. So I considered them legit, and made an order to send the rest of my leftover money. I agreed to the rate, along with terms and conditions. I checked on my order status after I mailed the currency (mail didn’t arrive yet due to holidays) but my status was shown as canceled. I called to see why, and they told me the rate on the website was too good, they wouldn’t honor it, and they would be happy to send my money back!! I guess they would be happy since they are no longer honoring the terms and conditions I agreed to. It was within 10 days of the order being processed. Actually just 3 days. It sucks because I was really counting on them to be honorable and that money for Christmas. I had the package returned home before it even got delivered. They left me in a bad spot. It’s not my fault they didn’t check rates and update the site. I think they should honor their terms. Sucks. I saw in these reviews that they responded back to some negative comments in an unprofessional way. So I’m sure they’ll try to discredit me as an angry customer that can’t read. Don’t take their word for it like I did. It’s a simple process but they aren’t professional

I admit I was little hesitant. But the end results speak for themselves. Quickly processed and even quicker payment once the coins were received. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I’ve used their services only twice. But will use them many many more times.
I bought foreign currency first and that came quickly. Process is super fast. You request the amount, Get an invoice shortly, pay that and they will have your money out the door that day and will have it to your home very fast.
I also sent in left over money I had from the trip. Got a transfer via PayPal a day after it was handed to them. Excellent service all around. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone first time just with a question and he was more than helpful.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange. I had so many unusable foreign coins and bills. After sorting them by country, I was able to identify those that were worth anything on the website. I contacted the company via email and they responded quickly. I sent a number of coins that I was unable to identify. When my check arrived, it was a greater amount than expected. Great service.
