I was notified every step of it's delivery. The bag arrived in packaged perfectly, with certificate an all paperwork. It is even better in person than on camera. The bag is beautiful and the call outs were tiny. The only reason I rated it a four is that when announced it was said it came with dust bag and original box, and it didn't come with the box. A little disappointed at that, but still happy with my bag.
