A big thank you to the Foresight Sports team for the service and repair of my GC3 unit.

The customer service from start to finish was brilliant. Unfortunately, the unit had to be shipped to the USA for repair and then sent back to the UK, which meant the process took quite a bit longer than expected. However, throughout the whole process, the USA and UK teams worked together to get everything sorted.

The repair was completed successfully and, in the end, at a very fair price.

A special mention to Holly and Gary from the UK team, who were both brilliant throughout and kept me updated along the way. Their help and customer service were really appreciated.

Thanks again to everyone involved. I'm so glad to have the GC3 back and to be hitting balls in our sim room again!

Setting is a complex process of software, hardware and experience - I would recommend any new user to the FSX and golf sim space to leverage the exceptional support of the tech team (certainly in UK) - it will remove frustration and get the result you are looking for.

I need to be brutally honest here because I’m not someone with deep pockets, and this whole experience has left me feeling completely misled.

I spent £2,800 on the Bushnell Launch Pro — a massive investment for me. I saved, planned, and genuinely believed I was buying the perfect launch monitor for my home simulator. The hardware is outstanding. The accuracy is incredible. It’s everything I hoped it would be.

But FSX Play’s subscription pricing has completely ruined the experience.

What nobody tells you upfront — not in the shop, not in the marketing, not in the documentation — is that the device is basically locked behind expensive software fees. You buy the hardware, but you don’t actually get the simulator experience unless you pay Foresight a large ongoing subscription. For someone like me, who doesn’t have endless disposable income, that’s devastating.

I already pay for GSPro. That alone is a stretch but is far better quality than fsx play. FSX Play demands another big subscription on top, and without it, the Bushnell becomes a stripped‑down version of what I thought I was buying. It’s heartbreaking to spend £2.8k on something that turns out to be financially unusable unless you keep paying more and more.

I think Bushnell are trapped with fsx play and will suffer because the hardware is great but subscription for gold tier at £500 is an absolute joke! Beyond a joke tbh. Buy a cheaper launch monitor and just get GSpro. Still expensive but you get a lot with it and feels more reasonable. Fsx play silver is £300 with just 5 made up courses to play… sickening. I will be returning my device and going in another direction. I also tried to extend a trial because I didn’t need 14 days trial when I bought the device as I didn’t have everything else. I now have a couple of days to trial it but tbf it’s enough as there isn’t much to explore for £500.

I didn’t buy a subscription service — I bought a launch monitor. Or at least I thought I did.

Foresight’s pricing model feels completely out of touch with real customers. It’s not designed for normal people who save up to buy something special. It’s designed for people who can throw money at subscriptions without thinking twice. That’s not me, and it’s not many of the people who buy the Bushnell.

The hardware is phenomenal. But FSX Play’s subscription model makes it feel like I’ve bought a very expensive brick unless I keep paying. It’s unfair, it’s poorly communicated, and it leaves customers like me feeling trapped.

If you’re considering buying anything from Foresight, please understand the ongoing costs. The device itself is brilliant, but the software pricing makes it almost impossible for regular golfers to enjoy without feeling financially squeezed.

I have recently purchased a gc3 and now investing in gc3 sim in a box, and I can’t recommend foresight sports enough! Great company to deal with and Justin Sandler has been on hand at any given moment through the process. Top effort from all the team!

Holly from Foresight Sports went above and beyond to help us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute legend to deal with from start to finish. Brilliant customer support and a real credit to the company.

I realised an issue with the data being provided and contacted Support. Holly who was / is new, answered my call and then worked with me to carry out testing and some potential fixes. When it became apparent that the potential fixes weren't working, Holly acted quickly to contact her American colleagues to escalate it for next steps.

She organised for the device to be returned to America for recalibration and then kept me apprised of rough timelines. Upon dropping the device off, Sharon in the hardware team took the device and explained what would happen next in friendly comforting way that took the pain of losing the device away. Unfortunately the device wasn't sent to America at the correct time, Holly, knowing I had international tournaments coming up arranged a loan device that I could use while mine was being repaired. Great service recovery!

A month later - get an email from Holly to let me know everything is back and repaired and ready for collection. Upon returning to the office, Sharon bought the laughs, Holly bought the outstanding customer service and I bought the loan device back.

Great advice given at start of project that helped to influence the equipment selection and room design. The installation team were first class. I would highly recommend Foresight Sports for any golf simulator requirements.

I was really considering purchasing a GCQuad for teaching purposes and once I got in contact with Jim I had absolutely no doubts. Jim invited me in for a demo, was patient, honest, and able to answer all the questions I had.

I couldn’t reccomend him enough and am very excited for the new kit. When I collected the Quad his colleagues helped me out, the service was exceptional and made everything so easy and comfortable.

We've just had a custom SIM installation using a Falcon and a 4k projector and its unbelivabley good. From start to finish the process of ordering was simple and the team at foresight were very useful. The install team have done a fantastic job as well, i'd say it rivals most golf clubs but this is in our office!!

Long time user of Foresight products for my YouTube channel (Weekend Tour Pro) but given my use cases I've had to wait for the Bushnell Launch Pro to land in the UK. During the buying process, Jim has been brilliant with me, understanding this is a high value purchase and recognising the unique nature of my use cases. He's answered copious amounts of questions in great detail and we did a face to face demo to really give me peace of mind on my needs and opening up new ideas I hadn't thought of. The purchase process has been easy and I've already had an email from the aftercare team letting me know where I can get support if I need it. Overall, delighted with my experience and confident the BLP is going to live up to my expectations!
