This was in her account within 6 days (3 working days as there was a weekend and bank holiday within that). No hassle at all, would definitely recommend

opened a child trust account and now that she would like to withdraw some funds, it's almost bloody impossible to do so. When she calls them, she is told to go online, but there are no instructions on how to proceed, nor are there any options. The online interface is ridiculous and not user-friendly at all.

Great child trust fund we have had for many years (when formerly Children's Mutual). Easy to save for children and online portal enables you to set up DDs quickly and easily and check amounts of funds etc.
