Lee Connor was very useful today

I had the pleasure of speaking to Ismail, a senior financial advisor at Foresters. today. I was very apprehensive before the meeting and I had close to 40 questions that I hope to get some insight upon. Ismail was very reassuring and guided me through everything I needed to be aware of regarding the transition of the fund in question. After listening to my needs and answering my immediate concerns, he then went through almost every unanswered question to ensure no lingering doubt remained. He’s a very knowledgeable financial advisor and the meeting left me completely focused on exactly what I need to do next. I cannot thank him enough for his time today and would definitely recommend him and his work ethic. Forester's have a wonderful asset in Ismail. He really is a credit to the organisation.

I had a meeting with Olivia today and from the start she was very welcoming. She was really clear and I found it reassuring to have a meeting with her. I managed to set up two accounts on the meeting with her and felt that I was in very safe hands. Great experience

Olivia is so friendly and approachable. Explained things really well and always replies promptly.

Met with Chloe Turner, she was more than pleasant and was happy to answer any of my questions, cleared any doubts and helped me move forward with my matured ctf :)

Waited an hour on hold for nothing. Called again, waited 2 more hours just to be told they can’t help. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy all day. Absolutely useless.

Really informative and recommend the Foresters Go app which seems to have a lot of benefits and rewarding challenges to take part in.

To be honest I would not give them 1 Star.
On advice from one of their financial advisors. my daughter took out a Policy and re-invested her Child Trust Fund. He did not listen and manipulated her into having something she did not need,obviously, for the money he would make on it.
Despite complaining , they did nothing and my daughter still faces a stiff penalty if she takes the money out.
They are a company that cannot be trusted, only interested in financial gain for themselves and encourage their advisors to sell products regardless of the hurt they cause!!?

After having a rep sign me up, I immediately that week requested to immediately cancel and then a year later realized he did not cancel the policy. I submitted a request to cancel, they said the email had to be secure mail. I sent it secure mail and they said they needed my ID. I sent my ID and they said I needed a wet ink signature, I sent a wet ink signature. Now they’re saying I need the signature notarized. This company is a scam and I have discontinued payment via my bank and am reporting them to the BBB.

Lee Connor was really clear and articulate on what was going to happen with the further plans with Foresters Financial. He was very kind and patient with me as we discussed the whole process of my mature trust fund plan. Would happily talk to him again!
