The opinions expressed here are my own. FOREVERCAR is basically a scam. they will fight tooth and nail to deny claims, reduce costs by using subpar parts and any other thing they can do to not be of service. they are big talkers and fail to deliver. of course they are indemnified by the fine print. you will not get the warm and fuzy feeling of having protection because they just do not deliver.

also, what you find out from a repair shop is that they also are slow payers to the repair shop. bad business no matter who they are dealing with.

its been a huge waste of money.

Still have not received information on…

Still have not received information on whats covered and not covered. Was told i would receive and email and paper by mail. Still nothing been over 6 months

No compassion

I explained that we had an issue with the bank replacing our debit card. They didn’t care and this plan that we purchased one month earlier than the cut off. They won’t reinstate. They rate up there with the rest of these car warranty companies s as useless.

Well when people are going through cancer. Maybe the email to the illness might get you an reply. Thank you for your response for your update. And the bank canceled 😡 the card due to the card had been compromised. There is an old fashion way to communicate called paper and the mail. Therefore family could have responded to explain to you what was going on. Thanks again for NOTHING!

Hello, 

I'm sorry that you had an issue with your debit card, but you never communicated that with us . As a courtesy, we provide all of our SilverRock customers with a 20 day grace period to make their payment. Your payment was due on September 21th. We attempted to process your payment, but it was declined. We sent you emails and text messages notifying you about your late payment on 9/21, 9/25, 9/26. 9/29, 10/4 and 10/9, with no response from you. The 20th day of your grace period was 10/10. Per the terms of your contract, your plan was canceled due to non-payment. On October 12th, at 3:44pm CST, you sent us an email asking for help because you could not see your plan in your online account. We responded to your email informing you that you would not be able to view your policy online, because your plan was canceled due to non-payment. Once a contract has been canceled due to non-payment, we are unable to reinstate that coverage.
